We would like to thank everyone at Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat for the great experience on October 24, 2018 when we purchased a 2018 Chrysler 300S from them. We had been dealing with our local Chrysler dealer for the last 13 years, purchasing approximately five vehicles from them. Upon visiting them, we felt as though the salesman could have cared less if he found us a car. They were not willing to work with us and we decided to move on. We received a call from Aaron Howard from the above dealership wherein he told us he had the car we were looking for. We would have had to travel 85 miles to get there but after talking with Aaron, we decided to take a trip and see what he had for us. Upon entering the facility, we were greeted by Jose Morales, who made us feel so comfortable and important. He talked with us, sat us down and contacted Aaron to let him know we were there. He always had a smile on his face. Aaron arrived with the car he was showing us and we knew it was the one. He bent over backwards to get us the deal we felt happy with. We purchased the car that night and happily drove the 85 miles home. This is the way a customer should be treated. Everyone at that dealership was outstanding....I wish I could mention all their names as they all deserve recognition. Thank you for everything and you will be our continued dealership for the future.

Jordan was amazing. He found us walking the parking lot after another salesman left us. Let me tell you—great salesman! Wasn’t planning on buying a car until March but walked out that day in a great Explorer. I even did some research and found a better deal at the Columbia location but decided this guy worked so hard for my business that he deserved the sale. Hands down a patient, will do what he can for you guy! Had a great experience due to him! I even had a couple of items post purchase that he and team got in and fixed ASAP! Very well laid out showroom, as well as good variety of vehicles. While shopping there my wife text me that a Sportage we had looked at the day before had been reduced to the price we offered. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere.
Great place to get a vehicle! They greeted me timely and made me feel welcomed. They took their time with me, didn't rush or push and helped me find a vehicle for my lifestyle, budget and one I loved. I will forever be a Jeep driver.
Drove almost 2hrs to see a truck. Truck was ok but dealership was unwilling to negotiate price ANY! Told us it was already priced low though the first salesperson we spoke to upon arrival had told us they had "wiggle room because it was priced at the top". We weren't asking much just meeting us half way for add ons we'd have to do. Funny enough the next day we got emailed and they were ready to deal. No thanks!
My husband and I found a truck we liked online at Sharp Motors and drove nearly two hours planning to purchase the truck. We met Don McGee and he was so warm and down to earth. He was transparent about the price and discounts/rebates and made this transaction so smooth. Found us a super low interest rate and was just a delight to talk to and felt like friends when we left. Another fantastic gentleman was Ty, he was friendly and so helpful on the features and made sure that the truck was clean and ready to go. Such a sweet guy. The finance manager was also amazing. He was professional and a joy to deal with. I will buy my next car or truck from these guys.
Josh was easy to work with and doing a 3 car deal is not easy! He took the time to make sure all 3 vehicles I was purchasing were what would be best for my family. So far I’m pleased with this dealership!

Came all the way from MN and Scott even offered to pick us up at the airport which was super convenient and unexpected, clearly the employees truly care about their customers. Upon arrival we test drove the 2012 Camaro that we flew down for and noticed the clutch was slipping. Scott took care of the car right away and had one of their mechanics put a new clutch in right away! Walker chevorlet gave us a courtesy vehicle for the day while we waited for the car and we toured Nashville. Thanks so much Scott for a pleasant and stress free buy!
