This was by far the best buying experience I have ever witnessed. Cortez Chester was courteous and just a really nice person. Didn't try to pressure us with a lot of sales talk, but simply told us what we needed to know about the car. Very satisfied.

I went there looking to trade my 2006 KIA Sedona minivan in for a newer model. Sisk had a 2012 Used Chrysler Town and Country I liked. I almost purchased it when my wife text me that another dealer we visited the day before came down in price on a 2012 KIA minivan we looked at. Tough choice, but i followed my wife's decision and we are happy.
The best vehicle that fits our needs

Mobility and enough room to travel. The van has a very nice sleek look and came with much more options than the one we traded in. Just love it.
This was a low stress purchase with friendly staff. They delivered what they committed to without pressure, which is all I generally want in a buying experience. I worked directly with the sales manager Donnie before ever visiting the dealership and he was a pleasure to work with.
Couldn't be any happier thanks VanHorn

Car meets all of our needs and we absolutely love it. Plenty of room for the kids and great storage in the back. If your searching for a van I recommend the grand caravan
Wonderful service. The salesman and manager could not have been nicer. We arrived late in the day and were still able to wrap up the sale in less than an hour. Great prices and wonderful service. Highly recommended.

We love this car for our family. It is incredibly spacious, the interior is beautiful. Drives very smooth and has many gadgets for the family.
We wanted to let Trice Hughes know how pleased we were with the service we received. Jarrod Singleton was very professional from the time he saw me looking on the lot until the deal was complete. He answered all our questions and kept us very informed thru the entire process.
Shana was also very professional and easy to work with. She made the paperwork seem easier. These two were the only ones we encountered but were very pleased with them.
Thanks again for your kindness and making the process an easy one. We like our ride.

I love everything about it. It has enough room for my family and is still a luxury vehicle. I never thought I never thought I would fall in love with a mini van
We bought a used 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan from Brent Ladd over the weekend. Brent went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and that we were satisfied with our purchase. Upon arrival on Saturday everything was ready to sign and we were there only a minimal amount of time. This is my third purchase from Brent and will not be my last. I like that he treats me like family and his demeanor shows that! Please be sure to ask for Brent at Trice Hughes for all you vehicle needs he's the best!!!!

Love the room. Never thought I would drive a mini van but now I wonder why I waited so long. So much room and comfort I love it.
I bought a new Dodge Challenger. It had a few marks on the paint so I had to come back and they took care of all my issues and gave me a rental while it was in the shop.
Stow n' go seating is the bomb!

Traded my 2008 for this 2017 and the difference is remarkable..the 3.6 motor is a gem, with class leading power and smoothness along with better mileage..hauls everything.. tows my trailer and with the stow and go seats dropped into the floor...other minivans are not even close by lacking this convenience. My nxt is the nicest vehicle I have owned in my 50+ years of driving.
From the time I drove on the lot Josh (salesman), Rita (Finance Mgr.) and Tony (owner), I felt like part of the family of Autoplex. The vehicle I found fits my needs with only minor adjustments on my part from my previous vehicle of 15+ years. A great first and now lasting impression of the family at Autoplex. There were so many common threads in our lives that we found after lengthy conversations. I also checked with different businesses around town who new Tony and heard nothing but positive comments. Naturally not everyone will have the positive experience I had however, most probably will. Like everything else in life, it will depend on the individual. I would highly recommend Autoplex as a first or even a last stop as I did if your looking for a used vehicle.

I never used to like minivans but now that I own one I don't know how I lived without it. Plenty of leg room, comfy seats, seats 7 so we can take the grandkids in one vehicle. It has the stow n go seats so I can still haul things. Absolutely loving it!!
My many years of experience buying vehicles from Trice Hughes has been nothing but wonderful. Their staff is very easy to work with. Jarrod Singleton was an excellent salesman to work with for my latest purchase, I would recommend him for any vehicle needs!
This is my 4th Grand Caravan over 30 years

I use it primarily as a people mover for shuttling people around. The basic vehicle has performed pretty well. Beyond the normal maintenance, we've had to replace the rear a/c unit as it developed leaks. Also, the Uconnect system has given us headaches as it corrupts the phone directory downloaded from my phone, and Chrysler wants to charge a very unreasonable amount to replace it, even under warranty. This van has shown a little more rusting than my previous owned caravan, especially around the windshield .
Had a pleasant experience talking to Mr. Singleton about purchasing a vehicle. He was willing to try and find me exactly what I was looking for.
2008 was a bad year for the Dodge Grand Caravan

We have spent almost $4500 in less than a year on our van. The heating and cooling system went out twice. We had to repair bushings that should not have failed so quick. The interior and the options are excellent. The video entertainment system rocks! Yes, we bought the van used but it only had 72,000 miles on it. It was bought locally and we are the second owners. You know buying a house is the biggest investment a person makes. Buying a car is second. Why do the big 3 automakers get away with fading paint, rusted doors, and vans like ours that breakdown at the drop of a hat!!! I’ll never buy from the big 3 again. The KIA Sorento is my next vehicle. I put 200,000 miles on our old Sorento without going to the shop once. 2008 was the first year for the Dodge Grand Caravan. STAY AWAY!!! Pick another year but not the 2008!! Also, you can’t check the transmission fluid. The dealer has to check it and it costs around $75!!
