Dick Edwards and Dawn have taken good care of me for a long time ! My latest purchase I talked over the phone with Dawn about. She sent me web pages, then called to tell me she had just the car. I live about 25 miles south, and Dawn brought the car. I trusted her, so I told her to bring the paperwork too! She took my trade-in back with her and saved me a lot of time!
My car stalled, would not run. It needed a new battery.

I have given a five star rating to Mr. Eddie Miller at Robbins Chrysler DJRF because he was very professional, civil and courteous. He was informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly with a gentlemanly manner. He never once gave me the impression that his job was to squeeze every nickle out of me, for made-up car problems, that they could. That was very refreshing. In all of my dealings with Schram and now Robbins dealership, over nearly six years, I have had only excellent service, and highly recommend the dealership, and Mr. Miller, without reservation.
Eric Altwegg was ready with all of my needs prior to my appointment. was very courteous and kind and took care of all my needs and questions. All paper work was completed in a timely manner and well explained.

I am just so grateful to Brady Sauder and the detailed help he gave me over a four week period in my attempts to clear the paperwork that hampered my attempt to obtain a clear title to a 2010 Chrysler 300, purchased at Orviedo Dodge in La Grange TX. I have struggled with this issue on my own since August and really don't know what I would have done next if I hadn't decided to just walk in the door of his office one day with my files and ask for his help.

Out of all the dealerships I???ve been to, Dick Edwards is by far my favorite. I was lucky enough to have Lyles as my salesman and he went out of his way to help and work with me.
