Last week the 10,000 mile service was completed on my 2018 Volvo XC90 Inscription (which I purchased from Friendship Volvo last fall.) The customer service was excellent from start (scheduling an appointment) to the completion. The Service Manager, Sherri, was exceptional helpful. She was very professional in making sure everything that needed to be done was completed. She is a credit to the Service Dept. and to Friendship Volvo. / Also, a few months ago I had some accessories installed on my XC90 - including a Dog Gate! - and the process then was also first class. The young man who installed the accessories (Scooter?) did an excellent job./FYI a question below asked if I would recommend this dealer to a friend - which I did recently. I recommended Friendship Volvo to a co-worker who had seen my XC90, and he and his wife purchased an XC90 from you about 2 weeks ago.

together, ron and cody made the buying process uncomplicated and less arduous for my husband and I who are disabled as well as our daughter, our principal driver. they answered all questions to our satisfaction and arranged financing to match our budget. moreover, they stood by their claim of making car purchasing less difficult in that ron brought the paperwork as well as the vehicle to our home in Kingsport where he as well picked up our trade-in vehicle. they pulled out all stops to make sure our customer experience in doing this. we really appreciate these extra steps taken due to our disabled state and the inclimate weather.
I bought my Honda pick-up truck from Victory Honda, Jackson TN. When I made the purchase I also added Car Doc - which is a prepaid maintenance program. When I moved to the Tri-Cities, I was able to have my scheduled Car Doc services performed at Tri-Cities Nissan (as they are part of the Victory Automotive Group).
So I use their maintenance shop every 5,000 miles. The intake procedure assisted by Margo, Suzy, and Jessica is quick and painless. The turn-around time is quick, and you even get a car wash done as part of any service you have done. I've also had minor wear and tear repairs performed and was very pleased with the services provided.
One additional item that I find useful is that you can go online and schedule a repair/service, which is great. All in all, I highly recommend this dealer.
This dealership is part of the Victory Automotive Group. I have found that the quality of service to be excellent and the staff are great folks. One feature that I bought was Car Docs that covers regular maintenence. This service is honored by all Victory dealerships no matter what make of vehicle you bought from a Victory dealership.
Services performed have been timely and quick enough that I can easily wait at the dealership for completion of work. They also wash the vehicle as a peek. You can even stop by and get a free exterior wash any time you want.
Though I bought a Honda at Victory Honda in Jackson TN, my buying experience was highly satisfactory. I think that one would find Tri-Cities Nissan would treat a buying customer in the same positive way.
I had an excellent journey throughout the purchase of my new Jeep Compass. I had the opportunity to work with Robin through email and texting to seal the deal. She was great to work with. She was not working the only day I could make the 2 hour trip, so she handed off all the documents of the deal to another salesperson, Jason. Upon arrival at the facility, Jason met me before I could get to the building. He was also great. The finance guy was also wonderful to work with. Sorry, I can't remember your name. He was certainly a live wire. Keep me in conversation the whole time. I was in and on the road within 2 hours. Great deal.
The truck I bought had a fuel sensor problem. Mechanic told salesman, Devery Padgett not to fill with diesel until fixed so there would not be excess of fuel in tank. When I went back to pick up truck salesman refused to put any fuel in Tank ! Everyone else was great, but expect a man to be of his word? This is why low ratings and would not purchase again from him!
I highly recommend seeing Andrew Meyer at Wallace of Bristol if you're in the market for another vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted/needed. He was personal, knowledgeable and friendly without being overbearing or pushy. All of the staff was very friendly to work with from start to finish.
My experience with Tri-Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep was great. I live in Boone, NC, which is about two hours away and did not want to waste a trip. I can say with 100 percent confidence the drive was worth it. I was quickly paired up with Ricky Leonard to help with the purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ricky was most helpful, honest and attentive to our needs. I returned to the dealership a couple days after the purchase was complete to pick-up an order for floor mats. Ricky immediately greeted me. He was again a pleasure to work with. I will definitely return to Tri-Cities and refer any friends or family that are in the market for a new car.
