Purchased a 2016 CRV from Honda last month and the battery died Wednesday morning. The Service Department sent someone to jump my car and after testing and discovering my battery was both in poor condition and my car was still under warranty they installed a new battery. They also helped me track down and figure out why it had died that morning (operator error). They were very nice and significantly changed my rather negative opinion of the Dealership.
Purchased a new RAM 2500 truck from Withnell a few months back. Buying process was a breeze and they took good care of me from start to finish. Shout out to Trevor in sales for his excellent customer service and lack of sales games. Brought the truck in for its first service and the service department took great care of me as well. We had our truck towed in for service.No car rental places were open on a Sunday so the manager was calling around to try to find a loaner or what our other transportation options were to get back to Portland. While I was wandering around the lot I saw a used Honda Element so asked about pricing. The dealers were friendly, informative and extremely helpful by providing us with different options. They knew we were in a bind but didn't pressure us to purchase or commit one way or another. At other dealerships, the whole process breaks down once you hit the finance department but it didn't at Withnell - again, courtesy & respect, providing and explaining information & options. I wasn't planning on buying a car - and really hope not to need to for a long time but I'd certainly go back
I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which my last oil change was performed. I went with my laptop, figuring I would get some work done while I waited. But, I barely got it booted up when the service tech came in with a report on my car and informed that it would be about 5 more minutes.
Helpful, attentive and friendly staff. I had called ahead and gave a time that I would be there. The vehicle was pulled up and ready for us to test drive when we arrived. They made the whole process effortless on our part.
Our sales associate was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying through a dealership and he made it very easy. The car was in very good condition and the miles were excellent. They wouldn???t lower the price any, or remove the anti-theft code fee, but I feel like we still got a great deal, and they were pleasant to work with. We were able to drive the car off the lot that night and it???s been a great car so far!
I honestly was not even looking for a car but one kept catching my eye every time I drove by the dealership. We finally stopped just to look and encountered Brian. I was on the defense because we didn???t want to deal with a pushy car salesman while we were not even looking to buy. Well Brian was amazing and really managed to turn my thoughts around about looking for a car. He was extremely helpful, honest, and felt like he had our best intentions. Although financially we are quite ready-we will be back very soon to work with Brian on a deal. Thanks again for all your help!
I made an appointment with a sales person who contacted me by phone in response to a website enquiry I made. The sales person was waiting for me when I arrived, took me out for a test drive and handled the sale thoroughly and professionally. There were one or two minor maintenance issues I wanted the service department to check before taking the car, so they kept it over the weekend. The service manager called on Monday to update status and kept me informed. I picked up the car on Tuesday and have been pleased with it. Price was what should be expected for the make, model and mileage according to Cars.com, NADA and Kelly Bluebook.
