My car buying situation was different that any other time, Gary and Matt were great and extreme professional and cared about my Wife and my purchase of our new Jeep. They looked at many different cars with us and helped us choose the best option for us. I will come back to buy my next vehicle from these guy and will recommend them to my friends and family. Shout out to @chestertonnissan for bring my civic back to life! Tree branch went through the front radiator during a storm last week and I unknowningly drove it on a 90 degree day and melting all the engine snd stuff
Luckily there team are amazing and reinstalled a new motor from scratch.anyone that drives or works on foreigner cars knows how difficult it is due to the tight spaces and specialized tools to get the job done. I purchased a 2015 Outback on 7/18/18. Claude provided an excellent buying experience. The service manager gave me a list of work they did, including new tires, to put the car in top notch condition. He also gave me a status report on Subaru recalls for this vehicle. I was able to have the car checked by my own mechanic. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and helpful.
I loved working with Rachel she is a hoot. She makes you laugh and feel very comfortable which makes the buying experience easier. She has a route that she takes you on for the test drive and you experience all the things you would aquire in normal driving, hills, narrow roads, blind spots busy traffic, curves ect. I would recommend this to my family and friends, i would also tell them to look rachel up

FREE oil changes, FREE hand car washes and a very knowledgeable staff from the show room floor to the service department has me and my husband very happy customers!! Took my RAV4 in for warranty/recalls. Dropped off in morning first thing and they called when it was done. Everything was taken care of and everyone was friendly and explained what was done. No charges. Will go back for other repairs when the time comes and needed.
After the service engine light lit & checking with On-Star, I was advised of an emission system issue. When I took the still under warranty vehicle to the Dealership Service Dept., I was advised the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Lisa the Service Advisor was told of our scheduled out-of-state trip. she advised me the replacement required, the wiring harness may take weeks to receive and install. The Dealership went out of its way to provide a loaner and our original p[ans did not have to be altered. In total the problem took 19 days to correct. Lisa called and kept me informed as to the repair progress thru-out the period and reassuring me that everything was taken care of and the vehicle would be ready upon our return. It was ready for pick-up on our return with just a couple signatures required. This was the fourth SUV I'd purchased from Mike Anderson and service like this is the reason I will keep going back.
My wife and I purchased a 2019 Kia Soul on 11-23-2018. Our salesman was Earl Nymeyer. Earl has many years of experience at this dealership and was very knowledgeable and professional. Earl took the time to show me the service department as well. Tom in finance knows the business and the process and was very efficient and professional. We were in and out in an hour to close the deal as opposed to the several hours of waiting around we experiences with our prior purchase (3 months ago at another dealership). We had looked at 4 other vehicles in this class (Honda, Buick, Subaru and Hyundai). The Kia was the best quality, warranty and value proposition. The transaction was smooth and the experience was not high pressured. We just took delivery of the vehicle a few days ago but thus far we are really enjoying our new Soul. No regrets.
Joe was great ! He kept in contact prior to our arrival. He had both vehicles I was interested in warming up when we arrived ( it was chilly out). Everyone was very friendly and helpful in making things go smoothly.

Had a great experience at Bosak. Luis Garcia was our salesman and he was awesome. There was no pressure and he answered any questions we had. He went above and beyond our expectations. For example: my wife and I bought a used 2016 Ram 1500. The previous owner plasti-dipped the emblems on the truck and I didn’t really like it. I told Luis that if I bought the truck that I would remove the plasti-dip. Instead Luis went in back while the truck was being detailed and removed all the plastic-dip himself so that the truck came out looking stock just the way I like it. It was a little gesture that showed how well he takes care of his customers. I would highly recommend going to Bosak of Merrillville for a car and ask for Luis.
I love this service department. I drive out of my way to come here. Megan goes above and beyond to take care of my car.
