Joe, Henry and Fran went out of their way to make everything perfect!! I have to start off by saying this was a journey I’ll never forget!! It started in Florida where I’m from and I was originally going to buy a car in Atlanta. However, the car in Atlanta was not the car promised to me over the phone even through pictures and videos. I was so upset because I sacrificed leaving my family for this car. I immediately picked up the phone and called Ridesmart Auto which was my plan B. Joe answers the phone and I begin to tell him what my current situation was and how upset I was, he first called me down and when I was able to get back in a normal state of mind we began talking about the car he had in stock that I was interested in but I was very cautious because of what I just had gone through. He reassured me that the car was exactly what he was describing and for some reason I trusted him and I believed in him just by the nature of his voice. The only obstacle now was, I was in Atlanta and Joes car was in Pennsylvania. I took a deep breath and I told him I’m on my way!!! I saddled up and 15 hrs later during my road trip there I get a phone call from my wife that my 1 yr old broke out in hives. Now what???? I picked up the phone called Joe as I’m driving trying to come up with a plan because the original plan was to trade my current car in for the ne VW and drive it 24 hrs bank to Florida the next morning after we did all the paperwork. It couldn’t be so perfect right? At this point I called Jet Blue and a buddy of mine got me a buddy pass for the next morning to fly out of Philadelphia at 9 am. Brilliantly Joe offered to send his employee Fran (which is an awesome man) to meet me when I arrived at midnight at the airport with all the paper work in which he did and worked out perfectly!!! I couldn’t thank them enough and none of this would have came close to happening if Ridesmart auto was as flexible and reliable as they were. I arrived home and finalized everything with Henry in their finance department and my VW golf TDI which is even nicer than they described in my opinion was shipped to me and I’m now enjoying it more than ever!!! I highly recommend this team and dealership and consider them fronded for life at this point. Job well done guys ;-)
I felt from the first phone call I was dealing with a straight shooter , and I was right . Kevin could not have been more honest or accommodating. A hard thing to find at any car dealership anymore. In the future I’ll be living in NC but would check 905’s inventory before anyone .
Had a great experience finding the right car for me within my means. No pressuring to buy a car I didn???t feel right in. Had a few requests that were met with LNP problem. Mr Hammond was ver friendly and professional. Would deffinstelt recons this dealer as I already have!

Bought our 3rd car in 5 yrs from Joe and Paul Crouse Used cars. Each time I've worked with Tom Freeman. Tom is an excellent sales person. His knowledge of all cars is exceptional and a swers questions expertly. Each experience has been very satisfactory. This dealershop has treated ys very well and Tom is superb. We needed to purchase a "newer" vehicle with less mileage for my son who commutes back and forth to college. We shopped online and looked at several dealerships before stopping at Joe & Paul Crouse. I wanted my son to get valuable experience and let him take the reins on this purchase. They were very respectful, explained everything in the process, and gave a very fair offer for the vehicle we were trading in. Since this was the day after the March blizzard and I didn't feel like going out, they allowed my son to test drive the car to our home and took my information over the phone for co-signing. Two days after the purchase was made, the check engine light came on while my son was at college. After calling Joe & Paul Crouse, they immediately came to the rescue. Fortunately, it was just a sensor (know way for any mechanic to predict that could happen), and they provided a vehicle for my son to use while waiting for the sensor to come in and replace it. I've heard many good things about this dealership, and wanted to share our wonderful experience. My son got a quality, clean used car with low mileage. And we worked with decent, honest people who stand behind the products they're selling.

Best buying experience of my life, period!!! Internet sales rep Casey Lindsey and sales manager Jason Russell were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel like family the second I stepped foot on the lot. Their price on the vehicle I wanted was already 800 dollars under KBB fair value and they even worked with me to get me lower! That's unreal considering they were already under KBB's fair price. I shopped around and researched market pricing on the vehicle I wanted for 2 months and was meet with disappointment from 6 other dealers. Needless to say we closed the deal in about a half hour, that's including the test drive!!!!!!
I would give 6 starts to this dealership if I could. You can shop around if you want, but Hondru will be your last stop for your next vehicle. I can't thank Casey and Jason enough for all they did to get me in my new vehicle!!!!!!!!! I love the vehicle and everything about my buying experience at Hondru. Other dealers should take notes, this is how it's done.....
I went in looking for a good deal on a vehicle and had several dealers in mind at the time. It was later in the evening so I met with Gary Deibert. He put a deal together on a few vehicles and promised to beat any other dealer around. The next day I was contacted by Scott Keath... both gentlemen came up with a deal that satisfied my wants and never pressured me at all. It was a great experience and i was very pleased as I drove away with a new 2018 Punk'n colored Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara with matching hard top!
