Zack went beyond wat my expectation that my new jeep will be waxed and perfect. Brad did the deal and there was little time with working on price. Randy want and gave me the same price on extended warrantee and he wants my business. This deal made me feel like I was wanted to come back.

I spent several months looking for a diesel pickup. Ive compared prices from dealers all over the state. I can confidently say that my dollar went further at Summit than it would have gone at any other dealer. The prices on their inventory are very very fair.
Dan (salesman) was terrific! Very knowledgeable! Outgoing and friendly. Did not push us in our choice between two vehicles. The rest of the staff was awesome too! Unfortunately, I do not remember their names. They entered application for Chrysler Capital and did the paperwork to get us on the road. They were very patient as I dealt with Experian for credit freeze! In addition, this is the first time that I purchased and left the lot with the vehicle the same day.
Rick Hodge was very helpful And knowledgeable about the features of the Durango. Very willing to answer questions and let us test drive a few different vehicles to make sure we made the right choice for us.

Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
Longest time we have ever spent in a dealership to buy a car. I can't put my finger on 1 thing that stands out to me as being excellent during this experience. Salesman told us we could put 1500 miles on in the first 3 months, paperwork we signed says 900. I guess we'll have to change our plans for the holidays
This was the very best car buying experience in my life! It is so refreshing to know that there are honest and caring car sales associates out there.
