We stopped by to see a used Pilot, an ended up buying a new CRV. Anthony and Garrett were both outstanding and professional. The credit manager was very personable and professional also. We both felt very comfortable and satisfied when we left Kingman Honda.
Noah came through with our selling deal. He coordinated some service work promised in my deal of my used vehicle purchase. Service dept needs some better human interaction. (mostly in driving up to the doors). Today's keys are a pain. Dealerships should supply 2 sets of keys. Putting a car up for sale should be looked at closer by the techs. My idling issue had to be dealt with after purchase. A bit inconvenient, but Noah gave us a loaner.
Working with Ben and Randal was a great experience. Ben was able to accommodate my need to communicate via electronic means vs the traditional in person and phone calls. It was great that Ben responded to my online inquiry promptly and was able to set up an appointment so I could bring the truck to my husband to see what I was interested in purchasing. When considering getting a vehicle be sure to make Klein one of your first stops. I had test drove trucks at other dealerships, but the personal service and ability to meet my needs is the reason that I purchased at Klein.
Went to Coughlin Hyundai in Heath on 10/27/18 to test drive a 2019 Sonata and look over a 2018 Sonata Limited 2.0 Turbo that was on showroom floor. Plan was to get a 2019 Limited in the Spring and order what we wanted for color etc. Being a 10 year Sonata owner we were satisfied with Hyundai.
We were met by Chip Price, sales associate and we first off saw the most beautiful gray Limited on the floor and it was getting serious. Chip got us into a Sport Sonata 2019 and loved it on the test drive.
Chip went over the many great features of the 2018 Limited and we were sold on it. We decided to get some numbers. With the great deal we were given on the Limited, we closed the deal.
I went back the next day after all financing was finalized by Jim Brown and signed the paperwork. Wife and I returned a few days later to pick up our awesome car(after Polysteel Coating applied). Chip spent over and hour going over the techy stuff with my wife and I so she could feel comfortable since she will be primary driver.
Chip and Jim were 5 star from the get go. All personnel were friendly and greeted us each time we came.

Had a sparkplug blow out while traveling. Repair done in less time and for less expense than expected. Service manager was friendly and professional. Since we're not from around here, recommending them to anyone else probably won't happen but that's the only reason why. Only minor gripe, chairs in waiting area are showing their age and could stand replacement.
Everyone was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. The salesman, John M. was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped narrow down my search and get a deal that was acceptable to me. The finance guy, John L. worked hard to secure the financial arrangements getting me the lowest interest rate possible.
I bought my Ford Edge here 10 months ago and these guys are great to work with. They strive for excellence and customer service is top notch! Their service department is by far one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff here always welcomes you with a smile! I highly recommend anyone to Harrold Ford who wants to get the best price and service in the greater Sacramento area.

I was greeted as I drove in and was promptly assisted by the service advisor in scheduling my oil change. Since the service could be completed withing a short amount of time and the dealership has a comfortable waiting area I chose to stay and wait for the work to be done.
When the service was completed the service advisor carefully reviewed the service invoice and work that had been done and answered any questions I had regarding the service, future service needs and any general questions I had about my car.
I am completely satisfied with the work done and the care and attention I received from the service advisor and dealership.

This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
