This was by far the best experience I have ever had with customer service! Buying a car can be a great hassle but they made it a walk in the park. I got to talk with Glen before coming in to give him an in site of what I was looking for in a car. We scheduled a time for me to come in and right when I showed up, he had two cars ready for me to test drive. Glen even had one of the cars already pulled up to the front of the store when I showed up. Can't wait for future car purchases with Glen and the Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown!
I did all of my van research on their website. Let them Know what vans I was interested in, and they had them ready for me to drive when I got to my appointment. Found a Van I liked, they got everything set up so I could pick it up that night. Everything went real smooth.
Mike was very helpful and accommodating. As a salesmen myself I appreciated the effort to understand the type of vehicle I was looking for and he did what a good salesmen does. He finds the right fit, not the quickest sale. Mike put me in a 2019 RAM 1500 REBEL which was a car I never considered or thought I liked (after months of researching and testing cars) until he evaluated what my wants, uses and needs of a truck we???re. Nailed it. Got a great deal. Much more professional at Oconomowoc than the Franklin location too overall in all departments. Would recommend.
I was desperately in need of a new car. My 2002 Toyota had just died on me, and i needed a new car quick. After reaching out to several dealerships, nobody was able to approve me with no credit history. Hunter and the team at Ewald were able to make it happen! Hunter found the perfect car I was looking for, a 2016 Corolla. He spent the time he needed with me to find the best car that was in my budget. Natalia worked hard to get me approved for my first loan, and the sales manager Gerry even came out of his way to congratulate me on my new car! Best car buying experience ever!
The work I had done I was told on my last visit would be about $150.00. I was billed $197.00. A little disappointed with that. My reset for my oil change wasn't done so I did that at home myself. Despite this I keep coming here for regular maintenance. I just feel it's the thing to do. I don't upset easily. All in all I've always had a good experience
We have bought many cars and trucks over the years but this was by far the best buying experience that we have ever had. Working with Jeff was such a pleasure. Jeff is very knowledgeable about the many cars that we looked at and helped us with the process of picking out the best vehicle for our family.
Dan (salesman) was terrific! Very knowledgeable! Outgoing and friendly. Did not push us in our choice between two vehicles. The rest of the staff was awesome too! Unfortunately, I do not remember their names. They entered application for Chrysler Capital and did the paperwork to get us on the road. They were very patient as I dealt with Experian for credit freeze! In addition, this is the first time that I purchased and left the lot with the vehicle the same day.
Rick Hodge was very helpful And knowledgeable about the features of the Durango. Very willing to answer questions and let us test drive a few different vehicles to make sure we made the right choice for us.
The salesman was very helpful and didn't try to sell me a vehicle that they wanted off the lot. He also let me test drive the ones I wanted to compare even if it was not in the most ideal spot, if other vehicles needed to moved it was done.

Specifically went to this location to look at at a vehicle. The sales rep was helpful and professional. Completing the paperwork and finalizing the sale took way too long, hours!!! There was one finance person helping four people in line.
Make sure you pay attention to details!!! Vehicle did not come with floor mats. Strange to me. When they dropped the vehicle off it was not detailed nor was the gas filled up per agreement, so when I called about everything they did cover the cost of new floor mats. Great customer service, right?
Fast forward to it now being summer. My air condition does not work. Per manager who was not customer friendly and rude on the phone, stated “anything can break on a used vehicle”. Makes you think you need check EVERYTHING before you purchase.
In my opinion, poor customer service. I would think you’d want to retain your customers by trying to help them out when the vehicle is less than 6 months old to them. Will not be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle.
