I had a horrible experience at this dealer but i can't blame the salesman Mike C. He did the best job he could with the process he was givin. He was courteous and polite and tried to handle the issues but his hands were tied by the useless policies and people above him. I would deal with Mike again but never the dealer. Being big and forgetting how to take care of the customer is what the dealer forgot how to do.

I found Certified Motos thru Carfax. I was looking for a van for my niece. My sister wanted to look at other dealers first. We drove from Fenton, to Port Huron. The dealers all lied about the condition of the vans we looked at. I had told my sister to call Ray at Certified Motors...she did not. I called Ray after striking out at top name dealers. It was late Saturday but Ray said he would wait for us to get there. My sister was blown away when she looked at the 2007 Uplander. The interior was like new, The exterior was like new. We took it for a ride and she bought it. The deal was sealed with a hand shake. We picked up the 2007 Uplander Monday.

So I went in thinking that I was just selling my 2014 Diesel truck....they worked a deal so sweet that I ended up leaving with another truck. The ladies rock! They took care of me with excellence and class. What a great experience today!

When I found this car on the web I didn’t relize at first it was 2 1/2 hours (150 miles) away... I called and talked to Enzo — asked if they deliver and was Leary on purchasing a car unseen. So he FaceTimed me showed me the car inside and out! He worked with me to get the price closer to what I was looking for..Enzo was so easy to work with! We did all the paperwork over the phone and Enzo and Julian delivered it right to our door!! What a great experience-the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had!!!thank you Enzo & Julian for great customer service!!!
They worked hard to keep my business, and succeeded. It was a fairly pleasant experience, except it always takes longer than expected - but I think that is just part of it. Enjoyed being able to look over the vehicle inside - as they pulled it in out of the cold. The sales guy, Duane, was pretty straight forward and friendly. The financial guy had music playing while he went over the paper work, which was distracting the to me. He also said ???it???s not my car??? in a somewhat sarcastic manner when we declined additional coverage. Didn???t seem real customer friendly with the paper signing guy, but Duane was good. Just got my new Trax yesterday, and I really like it!
I found this vehicle I purchased at cars.com. We did almost everything over the phone. We had a little problem with the financing since this was an out of state purchase but the finance manager did a great job in contacting the necessary individuals to insure the proper entities were on board. The salesman had everything ready which was great since this was a 4 hour drive. One of the best car buying experiences. I was impressed they were aware of KY titling and registration requirements.
Shopping for a car for my teenage daughter had been difficult, but Marsh Auto Sales made it easy. They have 4 or 5 cars in my price range, with good looking vehicles for the price. I sent them an inquiry, and within 30 minutes received a reply to reach out to them with any additional questions. When I arrived, they not only had the cars I saw on Cars.com, but others, and I bought a car that evening. They fixed a couple of issues with the car (put a new light bulb in the headlight, and fixed a sticky door handle), and I picked it up the next morning. The best part was there were not a lot of additional costs. They only charge a paper work fee, but not a delivery fee and a cleaning detail fee, and they didn't charge extra give a printout of the carfax and fix the items I asked to have fixed. Great Experience!
Very happy with the service. Andrew and Jameson were very helpful. My vehicle broke down just down the road from their dealership and they sent someone down to get my vehicle off the road, traded it in and got me in a new to me Cadillac the same day!! Outstanding people and a very nice selection of used vehicles! Will recommend to anyone looking for a car!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Sellers Subaru and especially with Jazlyn's help. It took me about 5 months to finally make a purchase and Jazlyn always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. We have another Subaru dealership closer to us, but we decided to go the extra distance so we could work with Sellers Subaru. Finance manager Kyle was also helpful explaining the additional options available to add to the car. It would have been nice to have known about these additional add-ons such as windshield protection, tire repair, etc. BEFORE the actual signing of the sale. I don't like to make these additional purchases without time to think about them. On a side note they have a great coffee and snack bar!

I went from car dealership to car dealership i couldn't get the right car for me they were all too expensive or was not the right car for me but than when i went here i found the perfect place for me the guy i got my new car from his name was Robert and ironically my name is Robert and we made a connection very fast he was a nice guy and the car was cheap and i got the right car for me
I went in on a Saturday and I am big college football fan so Nick Burns set me up right in front of one of the big screen TVs. It was towards the end of the noon games and Nick Burns grabbed the remote and put on the game I requested immediately. While Nick Burns was pricing out two trucks that best matched what I was looking for, other salesman would stop by and ask how I was doing and would strike up a quick conversation about college football. I felt like not only Nick Burns was looking out for my best interest but all the other salesman would check on me to make sure I was comfortable which made for a great experience. Nick Burns brought over two trucks and we were able to get a deal done on a great F150 that I really enjoy driving. I could not have asked for a better experience, didn't miss a play of college football, and was able to get the deal and truck that I wanted. Greatly appreciate Nick Burns as he went way above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. He was completely upfront and honest with me about what he could do and he delivered on his word. Highly recommend going to Nick Burns and I have already brought him up several times to family, friends, and co-workers that if they want to get a vehicle, they HAVE to go to Nick Burns and Suburban Ford of Ferndale!
