This place exceeded all expectations

At no time did I ever feel like they wanted to take advantage of us. In fact, I always felt like they were trying to provide us with the best possible vehicle at the best possible price. When you first pull onto the lot, you think, "wow this place seems kinda low-rent". But after interacting with the team, you quickly learn they are really dedicated to your satisfaction. We came here looking for a low-priced car for our son. Our sales rep was very patient with us as we drove car after car. More importantly, he listened to us as we described what kind of driving he would be doing and he made recommendations that made sense for our needs. We ended up buying an Infinity QX4. Before they would allow us to buy it, they insisted on replacing the windshield and battery for us (at their cost). Our paid-for inspection found a couple other things we wanted fixed before taking delivery. They applied the money we paid for the inspection to those minor repairs. One issue was a burnt headlamp. But the problem was not just a burnt bulb (we paid for) it was a bigger issue (igniter, which the dealership paid for). Our son lives in Virgina. After taking possession, I drove the car 2200 miles and delivered the car to him. It drove like a champ. We encountered no issues with the drive. All in all it was an excellent purchase experience and we would definitely come back here for future used car needs. As a side note, they also buy/sell exotic vehicles. I was drooling over some of the sports cars they have ready to drive off the lot. Our sales rep was Ryan. Ask for him. He will take care of you.
