I cannot say enough about our experience at Andy Mohr Buick in Fishers, Indiana. Our car was totalled due to an accident and we were hurriedly forced into used car searching. We chose to visit Andy Mohr due to their quick response to an email inquiry and the kindness of Carmen, our first contact. She responded to us within two minutes of our inquiry. We then worked with Evan who carefully considered our concerns and budget and showed us only appropriate vehicles. No pressure! He adjusted to our schedule and met with us twice in one day. We felt so comfortable, welcomed and confident in our conversations that we bought a car that night. Hats off to Andy Mohr!
Had another outstanding experience at Napleton Hyundai in Carmel. We had more bad experiences with with 2013 Sonata with Dealership in Tenn. My engine was replaced due to a factory defect when driving on vacation. It blow up on the north side of Nashville, TN. They fixed the car with a new engine and then shipped the car back to me and I drove it for a month. But I hit a pot hole and the motor came lose. The dealership in Tennessee, did not re-attach the motor mount. The engine shifted 4 inch up and 6 inches to the right.
Needless to say, there car was in bad shape and had to be towed to Napelton. I called and talked to Chris Peters, he was immediately able to help me and get me a loaner vehicle and start looking into the needed repairs. His Team found other things that were not right with the Vehicle after having the engine replaced at the Hyundai Dealer in Tenn.
After talking with Chris Peters and finding out everything that was not done right on the new engine replacement with the dealer in Tennessee. I was ready to trade in this vehicle and find something else.
I was able to talk to Chris Modory who sold me my car in 2013. First I went to Hyundai Corporate they did not not want to do anything to help their customer.
I went back to Chris Modory. He was able to get his GM Sean McCain involved and helped understand everything that went wrong with my 2013 Sonata. They were about to help me with trading in the 2013 Sonata and giving me an outstanding deal on a 2015 Sonata Sport Turbo. They understood my frustrations and made a bad situation into another great experience. None of the problems were any fault of the good folks at Napleton. This was all from a Hyundai Dealer in Tennessee that did not fix the car to Hyundai Standards. I really appreciate them working with me and going above and beyond to help me get into a different vehicle to my liking.
Just a routine service visit. Professional and courteous as usual Service tech finished work in a timely matter. They have a person that always asks if anyone needs a ride somewhere, while u wait. Well managed dealership
My car doesn't have enough space for us to fit properly. I can barely purchase groceries and get us all home due to the lack of space. I have has numerous recalls sincemprchasing the vehicle and it is barely 3 years old.
I did end up buying another vehicle before I actually had a chance to visit Ray Skillman, so I only had phone and e-mail contact, but they were very informative and kept in touch with me.
Critics most hated SUV

This is a great vehicle for the price. It rides and handles just fine. It comes with many standard features that would cost extra with other SUV’s.
You can buy a loaded Journey for around $29,000. You would have to spend thousands more to get a fully loaded SUV from any other manufacturer.
So what if it is an old design. ( The VW Beetle was around for 30 plus years and sold like hot cakes.)
It looks like an SUV should and is super smooth on the rough roads of California.
The automotive critics hate this SUV for reasons I can’t figure out. Read the critics reviews and then drive one. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this SUV. If you buy a Journey and are worried about reliability, purchase an extended warranty. You probably won’t need to use it though.
If you are in need of a new or used SUV and don’t want to spend tons of money, then the Journey is a great choice for an SUV.
I stopped to look at a used 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT. After reviewing the CarFax the car was a Canadian Import car, which means that the factory warranty is null and void in the U.S., and the vehicle history details in Canada are not as comprehensive as the U.S. Buyer beware! The sales person told me the OEM factory warranty was still in tact, which is concerning.

This hauls my family of 7 well. A little more room in back than previous suv and has storage under seats. Awd should be fun when snow comes. The color is very nice. Awesome black leather seats with red stitching. I dislike that gps doesnt update itself. I will just use my phone for gps. Back up camera is nice added feature .
I came into the service center to get my oil changed. Went into the sales office to talk about trading in my 2016 CX-9 with a new one. I had reduced a couple emails and mailers. After speaking with Austin Norman and driving a new 2018 CX-9, I decided to do the trade and purchase the 2018. My experience as always was incredible. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from the West Side Mazda location and will continue to as well as use their service department.

This Journey is amazing! It has so much room and storage options. I can take my daughter and all of her friends and even her grate dane in the back. The options to lay all four back seats down allows so much cargo space. The car drive so smooth and handles way better than I expected. Since this is not the top model, it does not have the high end radio etc, but it still has some power to it. I love this car! My mom borrowed it to go out of town and she has called multiple times to let me know she is enjoying driving it. Great value for the money to!
Had an amazing experience at Ray Skillman Kia--as always. From the salesman to the management team across the board amazing. Did not talk down to me, did not make me feel stupid--as some in the past have. Overall amazing. I have always dealt with Ray Skillman and will always. This is the second Kia i have had. Both have been amazing. Thank you all

This Journey has so many features we still have not figured them all out. Never thought we needed a vehicle that is this loaded but may never buy another vehicle besides the Dodge Journey. Handles great in the snow, very reliable and there is something in it for all 4 of our kids aged 3-18.
Carlos and team really know how to take care of and work for their customers. Found me the right vehicle at the right price! Very happy!
Great car. Lots more power than expected.

Bought this car to replace our van. Fit our faul family of six due to three third row seating. Was very surprised by the power. The V6 is quite responsive and geared like a rocket. Seats were comfy for us all and the sound system was great. Overall very pleased with the value and performance.
The staff was friendly and treated us very kindly. Andrew is the greatest! The clerk who signed us in was very nice and made sure we were taken care of.
