Customer service was amazing and the process was fast. I just picked out the truck i wanted online and went to sign papers amd drove off. Its that easy, i recommend Carmax to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
Hovey Motorcars is the best dealer I’ve ever deal with. I trusted Mr. Rich Sr when I’m talking to him on the phone. There was never a single word ‘not true’ in the whole conversation. He was completely honest, thoughtful, father figure and gracious. I know I went too personal can’t help it that's what I felt. The company shipped my car I inspected my Ford MV-1 entirely, it was exactly what Mr. Rich pictured in my mind. Even he told me the tires weren’t good and it didn’t surprise me when I saw them. The price was fair even though, I’m not good in bargaining and Mr. Rich didn’t try to take advantage on that. After I did the down payments, my loan processing took over a month and they’ve been very patient to hold my car in their parking lot without charging me or selling to other better offers. The whole staff tried to work with me all the process and they’re all very helpful and friendly.

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Test drove the CHR and fell in love instantly. Best experience overall from beginning to end. This was my first time driving a Toyota. So happy we made this our first stop. Would highly recommend North Park Toyota!
Even though we couldn't walk out with a vehicle at this time, customer service was great, and I loved that they are straightforward and fast on theirs service. We will definitely come back when we are ready and have already referred family.
Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
I'm writing this review for everyone to view and recognize the exceptional experience I had purchasing my second vehicle. I went from a BMW 3 series that was giving me constant issues to a 2015 Buick Encore. Dan Turk has been the most generous understanding salesmen, even with my trade in. He provided the best customer service a fearful car buying customer could come across in such a competative industry. There certainly need to be more salesmen like him and will care for you after you drive that large purchase off the lot. Thank you Dan, now a friend and forever a customer!

I didn't buy my truck here because I found it at another dealer that had it in the color I wanted but I get it serviced here because it is close to home. I have been twice and the people and the service are excellent and hassle free. Not one negative! My service agent, Alberto was MORE than competent and took care to get my truck service quickly and even replace my battery without questions. I will be back next time and I will buy from here next time also.
I was in the market for a new suv/crossover. After doing tons of research I found mission mitsubishi. They had this promotion $4,500 cash for junkers that allowed me to lower my monthly payments significantly! The crazy thing is I didn't have a junk car to trade in and they still give their me the $4,500. I wouldn't say my credit is amazing, but they really did work with me and helped me throughout the entire process. In all honesty this dealership only wants to help people feel confident buying a car and with their service and friendliness I was able to drive my new Eclipse off the lot knowing I could rely on them if my car needed anything. When talking to the salesman I asked why does your dealership say #1 in the United States. He simply told me they sell the most mitsubishi cars in the U.S. which is no surprise because without a doubt I would by my wife's next vehicle here just because of how much they care about their customers. A lot of the time you forget that where you buy the vehicle is just as important as to what vehicle you buy.
