this car meets all my needs, the 3rd row was nice when needed. it has lots of leg room and seats fold down for nice storage space.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

This is my second Journey. I had a 2009 4 cyl and upgraded to a 2016 with a 3.6L V6. Great performance and 31 plus mpg on the hiway. Handles nicely. 3 rows of seats or fold them down and you have gobs of space for trips to the hardware store of flea market. Comfortable in many ways. A real gem
Car drove nice, had a lot of cosmetic issues for a used car, and was very very dirty for a test drive. The dealership did not have a sticker on it telling the price and would not give me the sale price for the car But wanted me to fill out a credit form.. I left the store.
I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

My wife and I have always paid cash for our vehicles. This is the first vehicle that I’ve personally financed. This car fits our family of six. It has plenty of power and comfort. The price of $19,500 is unbeatable for a vehicle with 20k miles.
