I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. Cars Unlimited is a great place to buy a used vehicle. Allen & Co. are not your typical car salesman, so you have the leisure to look at all the vehicles at your own pace without anyone trying to pick something out for you. There were free CarFaxes available on their online inventory, which made finding a few vehicles to look at ahead of time very easy and shows that they aren't trying to withhold any information. When I had the vehicle I was interested in, there was no hassle to take it out for a test drive; we just let them know which one and they brought the keys right out. The paperwork was quick and painless, there were no attempts to sell any extra and unneeded things. They even held the car for a day, without any down payment, so that I could get the money transferred. Allen is a very professional and down-to-earth guy who takes pride in his work, it was a great pleasure dealing with him throughout the purchase. Even though I was buying one of the cheapest cars on the lot, I felt that Allen treated me the same, if not better, than someone who were buying the most expensive vehicle. He went out of his way to ensure that I had the best possible experience for my first car purchase. I will definitely be recommending Cars Unlimited to anyone I find that’s looking for a used vehicle and look forward to purchasing vehicles in the future here as well.
I've always hated dealerships for service because they force you to deal with a pushy, unkowledgeable salesperson instead of a mechanic. Not only did Veterans Ford not try and up-sell me every stupid, useless service imaginable, they were perfectly ok when I said I wanted to wait on certain services. Huh? It's like the Narnia of dealership service departments. They also seemed knowledgeable and happy to be working there. My first trip I was confused because I was treated like a human being, you could have conversations with them instead of just them talking at you. Sadly my car was totaled and my needs have changed (minivan), so I went with a Honda. I have a service contract with it, or else I would have no problem bringing it to Veterans Ford for service.
My experience was hassle free and easy. My salesperson Robert Feldt was awesome - I recommend seeing him if you need a car or want to sell a car! Clean facility with a kids playroom. Everyone was friendly and looked happy to work there
Miguel, the sales rep, was very amazing...gave me a straight up experience . No back-and-forth. Steve Schack, Sales Manager, got me an excellent price and a better credit rating. Don't ever go anywhere else.
Just bought a Ram 1500 Laramie from Suncoast. Got a super deal and everyone went out of their way to make sure everything was A+ on the journey. Sometimes dealers cannot be the most friendly and actually helpful, but that was not the case with Suncoast. I know I sound like a commercial but they did right by us. Plus the person that was helping us and making sure the process was smooth and fast was the dealership owner, Wayne Schmidt Jr. So yes good buying experience.
Throughout the whole week kevin was exceptional in not only his customer service but his knowledge of the product. I had multiple quotes from other dealerships but kevin was understanding and accommodating for any need that i had.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
I have a 2005 Mazda and needed an honest repair shop. My a/c stopped working and I was told by another repair shop it would cost me $1,500 to repair! ABC looked at it and said they could fix it for $300! They did!!!!
What a great experience. After getting over the car dealership fear, my wife and I had a great experience thanks to our salesman great people
