I must admit, Lagers has changed, and definitely for the better. Great car buying experience, respectful and honest. I honestly enjoyed the car buying experience from my hometown dealer. Ashley, Leah, and Michele made this honestly pleasant.

My experience at Midtown Kia has been a plesant one to be repeated! The staff is friendly, skilled, trustworthy, attentive and efficient. Ample time and explanation were given to me regarding the upkeep of my car and my questions patiently and gladly addressed. I worked with Sherm, who was so down to earth and honest. He took the time to get to know me, and treated me like family. He asked questions to determine exactly what the right vehicle was going to be for me, and stayed within my price range. What I love about him is that he isn???t a shmoozy salesman, trying to pressure you into anything. He just listened and did the research to find my dream car. He was available by his cell phone at all hours to answer any questions I had, and never once made me feel stupid. This is the kind of dealer you want to work with when buying a car. I wasn???t expecting to walk out of there with a brand new Jeep Cherockee!
I was happy to be in and out fairly quickly. Albert the sales man was very friendly and do everything for me to meet my needs. He listened to what I was anted and did not try to up sale me which is very annoying to me
My wife and I were considering trading in our 2 cars and only have one. I did my research and knew what my price was going to be. We dealt with Tommy Smith as our sales rep. Tommy is young and eager but not pushy. He did an excellent job taking care of us. We also dealt with Mack. He worked hard to get to a price we could both agree on. The only problem was I was NOT aware or the dealer installed options to the tune of $1288. This extra amount was VERY close to a dealer breaker. Something has to be done to inform the buyer of the dealer options sooner in the buying process. Other than that the experience was as pleasant as buying a new vehicle can be. It did take much longer than I expected to finalize the sale.
Came in ready to leave without a car, but the staff went above and beyond my expectations to help me leave with a great car and a great payment plan. Thanks to Josh, Dave and everyone who assisted me while I was here. The store manager was very welcoming, and I appreciate how understanding he was about my two extremely active kids!
