I was on a time crunch and Dan stepped up his game. I walked in that morning and before lunch drove off with my 2017 VW Passat! He was very fast with getting information on vehicles I was interested in. I was able to test drive and the team worked quickly. If you have dealt with Dan you are dealing with good people.
I bought a used 2015 Nissan Altima, totally, over the internet from Lucy Skirvin at Dodge Country Killeen. She was very patient (emails) and handled all the necessary paper work and financing. I bought the car, sent her a credit card deposit and the next day arrived at Dodge Country to finish the deal. I was met in the parking lot by Raul Rivera and he had reserved an upfront parking space for me. Then less then 30 minutes later I was in the finance mgrs. office signing the deal. Since I live 98 miles from Killeen, Raul got Christopher Rodriquez and Nick Schroeder to follow me home and deliver my car! Dodge Country made me feel like a VIP and I have never been treated so professionally at a car dealership. I will surely buy my next car from Dodge Country, Killeen and recommend others experience this dealers Pro Customer Service. This Dealership has set the bar very high for other Dealers to match there style!
I must say my buying experience at Automax Killeen was great one to remember. Niki on sales team was super friendly and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions on the spot. Will from financing was friendly and found a competitive rate in a timely manner. I would recommend this dealership to friends searching for a new/used vehicle.

I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience buying a vehicle than when I bought our Jeep Wrangler on 12/17/2015. Lets face it, most of the time this is not the case. This dealership, specifically Rolando, my salesperson, and Marco, the sales manager, stepped up and met my request on pricing and add-ons with no pushback. I would send my friends, family, and strangers to this location.
But the person who really turned the lemons into cold beer, was Leslie Cooper, the Finance Director. She could orcerstrata a class in customer service and professionalism. It was nothing short of spectacular! She was prepared, professional and informed from the moment I stepped into her office....and kinda funny!
I will never purchase another vehicle from any another location, ever.
