After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. The Journey exceeds all our family needs!! Plenty of room up front and the 2nd row. 3rd row suited for kids. Very good ride and love the steering! It turns like a small suv but has the room and comfort of a larger suv. The engine is plenty peppy enough for me. Had it fully loaded with people over the Christmas holidays to go look at lights. Had no trouble accelerating to get on the the highway or keeping up with traffic. The so-called experts are so far off!!! Absolutely love it!!!
Great experience. Rod was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We looked between two of the same model, and were able to decide on one. A good experience.

This vehicle meets mine and my families needs! Has the 3rd row seating what we definitely wanted. Has touch screen. My favorite part about the vehicle is that everyone/passenger can control their own climax from heating to air conditioning! It’s super comfortable and roomy. It definitely makes me feel safe while driving!
I was in here for maybe an hour or so and I walked out with a great car, great deal. Couldn???t have asked for better service. Moe was quick, and professional. I will definitely be back

Bought it with just 7 miles on it. Battery is hard to get to, you have to go through the splash guard after removing the tire. Headlights get moisture in them often, bulbs are somewhat difficult to get to. Appears to have a heater core leak already, not sure what kind of coolent it's using but it's expensive. Uses a new freon in the A/C that's not available yet. Foglights are not standard. Front license plate holder is not standard except in states that require them by law. Glove box is too small inside.
Does have an AT transmission and 4 wheel disc brakes. MPGs are nothing to write home about, averages 20.6 with 90% highway driving.

When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.

This car has great qualities. We have 4 children and everyone is able to fit comfortably. The only thing that I do not like is where the cup holders are placed in the front. I feel that this could have been designed better. The cup holders should be up closer to the drivers hand so that it is not a stretch to reach. Other that this it is a wonderful car!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We bought this car because we wanted several of the features including, remote start, third row seating, heated seats and steering wheel, etc.
The third row seats are not really for older people because once you climb in you may not be able to get out.
It has some extra features such as storage compartments in the back floor for drinks etc. It does not have any sort of cargo cover which is a negative for us.
The gas mileage after a couple of thousand miles is at 20.3.
I do have a complaint about the lack of cup holders and their location. There are two for the front seat and they block the access to the compartment behind the cup holders.
The handling is good and road noise is minimal compared to what we are accustom to.
The seats are not as comfortable as I would prefer and the seats do not go back far enough to straighten your legs, so if you don't mind driving in a sitting position you are okay, it just isn't comfortable for me to drive with my legs bent all the time.
Something that is nice for long distance comfort is a place to rest your right foot beside the pedal which this does not have.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

We ended up going in kind of spur of the moment but we had both of our kids and it was a really cold day and they were so sweet - gave them hot chocolate and never made us feel like we were infringing by having them there. Excellent place to buy a car. The sales staff was wonderful and the facility was very family friendly. I drove from Columbus to buy a used vehicle and I would purchase from Sliman's again.
