ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.
I first took my Jeep Liberty to Landmark Dodge for evaluation and repair. My Jeep???s transmission was slipping especially when starting on a hill/incline. They were unable to replicate the issue. Additionally, they fixed my defroster under my extended warranty and did a oil change. While fixing the defroster the boot around my shifter apparently came loose and/or the zipper broke. Their mechanic said it was already done but it was not broken when I turned the car in for repair. The inside of the vehicle was filthy from the Defroster fan repair. The transmission continued to slip. After my poor ratings on the Chrysler survey the Service Manager called me and I explained the two issues and he did not offer to bring the vehicle back in to their shop. My Extended Warranty was about to expire and I really wanted to determine if there was a issue with the Transmission so I took the Jeep to Hendrick Dodge in Duluth a couple weeks later. Heather is my service advisor and she was able to have a mechanic ride with me. We were able to replicate the transmission problem. Additionally, he identified that I had issues with my front and rear stabilizer bars. They also found that the water pump was leaking. Heather was able to get all of these repair parts and labor completed under my Extended Warranty. The final cost to my warranty was just under $5000. I also had some additional preventive maintenance completed for $1300. Heather also was covered my rental car cost that was over and above what the Extended Warranty covered. Needless to say I am very happy with the service I received from Hendrick Dodge compared to Landmark Dodge. Heather did a fabulous job and my jeep is running great. I will continue to use Hendrick for any additional work I need completed while in the Atlanta area.
I realize that in today???s world the internet is a critical part of economic success. I searched cars that I was insterested in and landed at Hendricks. I received a call from the dealership asking about toming etc and I mentioned I could come after work to look at which time I was told to ask for a specific person, even was texted the name. Long story short,- I showed up and was given to another sales person with no explanation at all, then, had to sit and answer all of the questions again that I had already submitted. I was not happy at this point and voiced my displeasure. To that end, things changed around and the dealership really bent over backwards to get us a deal and service that we would be happy with. The salesman nick was a good guy and did a nice job, but, Ariel- the sales manager- really was phenomenal. I was blown away by his demeanor and willingness to work through our process. I honestly cannot day enough good things about him. Really, at the end of the day, although Nick did just fine, Ariel is the reason we will be back and will refer more people to the dealership. After the start- tremendous finish!!

Riaz Ali was the technician that worked on my car. He was very knowledgeable about my car and he showed me other services that my car needed without no pressure to buy. I loved that he was honest and even offered coupons towards the extra services need. He definitely stands above excellence. I only want him to work on my car! Both the sales man (Paul Sangeudolce) and the finance person (Magdalena Babiarz) were very tentative & helped our mother who is 74 years old get herself a new car. They both spend time with her and explained everything instead of just getting her to buy a car then get her out the door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
Paul S. did an amazing job helping get the car I wanted. He made it easy and simple. I really cannot put it into words. Magdalena and Ernest were an also huge help in the process. I cannot thank you guys enough!
After a week of searching, I met an honest and no haggle sales staff at Hayes in my salesman Paul Sanguedolce and Finance manager Magdalena Babiarz. From first contact via internet through the finalizing of the paperwork i never felt pressured or uneasy. the atmosphere was laid back and friendly. The dearlership staff is friendly and facilities are clean. I searched for a week after totaling my 2017 Ram 1500. I searched high and low and this was a great decision. Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.
I love this dealership! The entire staff is very friendly and also very knowledgeable! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jason Ford, he is a true people person, great listener, has a very strong work ethic and worked really hard to get me exactly what I wanted. I had very high expectations and he rose to the occasion and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely by another vehicle from ALM Kennesaw via Jason. The perfect match!

I first spoke with Mr. Jones by phone. I explained the car I had chosen and the amount of money I had and that I wanted to be sure it was there before I drove the 300 miles. He assured me it was and they could accomodate me. When I arrived, he was right there to meet me. They looked at my car and disappointingly could not give me the trade-in I wanted, but, in short order, they found a way to make up the $500 difference and sent me on my more than merry way. Mr. Jones told me he had played college basketball and I can truly say, he's still able to deliver a slam dunk!
