I was amazed by this service dept. They were quick to do an oil change and a recall on my Dodge Ram 1500. 60 minutes is pretty fast service. I was expecting a 2-4 hr visit.
Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has earned my loyalty. I'll be there again when the next oil change and tire rotation is due.

My service this time around was good. They helped me with my service that I had to have done by talking with their supv. To help work with the repairs done by just helping pay for some parts for my airbag replacement.
My 2015 Chry. had a dead batt. which caused the computer to scramble and lock up the frt. tires And could not shift the gears. Piss poor design of car. Makes it hard to change the Batt.Small dry cell batt. would take care of that problem.
This review is solely for the service department. I enjoy getting my Dodge Journey serviced here. The service manager Chris Logan is a top notch guy and always makes sure we are taken care of. I get a oil change, tire rotation and VIP Car wash for right around $70. The lobby is always clean. There is a area just for kids. They offer snacks and coffe/hot cocoa. This is not a review of the sales dept. So my recommendations are solely for the service sept.
They checked me in before I could get out of my truck with a I Pad and asked me to wait in the very nice waiting room. They sent me a text to ask if I would like anything. Within an hour the nice lady handed me my keys and asked me to see the cashier for my receipt and I was on my way.
“Great Buying Experience”
My Husband and I decided it was time to buy a new car--about 1 year before we actually did! I kept putting it off because I HATE car shopping (don’t you), the pressure, the money, the whole miserable experience. We chose Gosch because of location and reputation. We decided to go and drive “something” just to see what might be out there. We were very interested in Hyundai for the great warranty. Made an online appointment and went in to meet MIke Stratton. We were quickly introduced to Justin Peterson (Mike w/ another customer). Justin was awesome. He let us do our own thing, made sure our questions were answered. We ended up purchasing an awesome Hyundai Tuscon. It’s been a couple of weeks and I’m just writing my review to say this was the “BEST” car buying experience ever, for my Husband and for me. No pressure, no price changes, no “car salesman” scenarios.
We have been contacted several times to just check in and make sure we don’t have any questions about our purchase. Amazing customer service and product. My husband and I both give Gosch Hyundai and the sales team 5 stars. Thank you for the great car buying experience.
