We had a transmission with our 2018 Jeep Wrangler the week before Thanksgiving. The Jeep was towed to Chapman and they started diagnosis the next morning. In fortunately it was a Friday, so we didn???t get an update until Monday (which was expected). On that Monday we were informed the transmission needed to be replaced, and it could take a week or two due to the Holiday (again, expected). But to our surprise, we received a call on Friday evening letting us know our Jeep was ready to go! We were greatful it only took one week in all, and couldn???t have asked for better service.
My wife, son, and myself had a great experience at the Dodge Ram Dealership on Boulder HWY. The employee Sean French was excellent, he was honest, straightforward, very attentive, and overall a great employee. Due to his excellent service we left out the dealership w/ a 2018 brand new Dodge Journey. His overall attitude, persistence, and honesty ultimately left a lasting impression on me and my family and I recommend anyone to that particular dealership.
As soon as we arrived to the dealership, we were greeted by Ruben. I came with the intention of only looking at the Jeeps available, Ruben was kind, helpful and extremely patient. At no point did I feel pressured to have to leave the dealership with a car. He really did an amazing job at finding me my dream Jeep with all the little details that I was looking for at a good price. Ruben made purchasing my dream car an enjoyable experience and the entire staff as well.
Nothing Chuck told us was true. He wasted our time over and over. He never quit talking or let us have control over the conversation. He is well versed in manipulative sales garbage ending every sentence with, "is that fair". The rest of the staff seemed very immature. Everything about Chuck is creepy. Stay away from this sales schmuck. And the sister dealership on the 215 is thousands less for the same car.
The service advisor Andrew was amazing. He was very kind informative and attentive. I felt completely comfortable with the service process. I use to take my vehicle Findley Dodge but now I will be going to Autonation USA.
Dealership wise- outstanding customer service from every department. The fact that everyone treats you like they know you is incredible. Clean and friendly environment!!! Once you purchase they have a gong you can ring and my inner child was thrilled!!! Thank you Towbin for providing such an exciting establishment while purchasing a car! Salesman wise- I???ve purchased multiple cars from different dealerships and have worked with great salesmen BUT no one like Jose Sandoval. From the moment I arrived he was polite and was more interested in learning what I was asking for in a purchase rather than being pushy and making it uncomfortable. I went in with ridiculous requests and not once did Jose hesitate to fulfill them. He pulled both a 1500 Ram and a charger and dealt with me being indecisive. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase but with his help we made it work and he got me into a 2018 Charger!!!! LOVE my car and I am forever grateful that I was able to work with Jose!!!!!
Surprisingly great used car buying experience. No B. S. Car just as described. Flew in and they picked us up at the airport. Josh Tapia, our sales person, was about as honest and personable as could be. Thanks AutoNation USA Henderson. You get our recommendation!
Autonation Buick and GMC in Henderson didn't have the courtesy to call or email me that they wouldn't be servicing my vehicle. So I want to thank AutoNation USA for being kind enough to make sure my service was amazing. Shaylea Rickett was the first person to come to my aid and assist my needs. Another salesmen walked over to me at the table I was waiting at to make sure that I was being helped. Overall, really amazing staff.
Sal is great. He helped get me into my new car. I went in one day and left the very same day with a car. They spent hours with me trying to find the right vehicle for me. Sal, Benny, (and one more guy who made it happen) thanks a ton. Go see these guys.
The salesperson Rashid was great, and the floor manager it has a great costumer service, just they need to make sure the car is ready to go.
