From start to finish Sam Sayes provided Excellent customer service. From communicating what my vehicle needed for maintenance, to scheduling an Uber ride home, to keeping me posted on a repair and dealing with insurance, it all went smoothly and vehicle was finished on date he stated it would be. Could not ask for more! 5 Stars :)
When finding a used car, it was very hard to, because many dealers lie about the accidents and it's problems. But I am so happy I picked this dealership. Tome was the associate that helped me and he provided the best customer service. He dedicated himself to finding me my ideal car and he found me an A4 2006, loaded. I'm so unbelievably happy when I drive the car, knowing that I was in good hands. The car seems like it's brand new and when I drive, I feel like im literally flying. I have found nothing wrong with the car and he successfully achieved being determined to find me a great car, with few mileage, and at such a great price. If you like a little outside of Fredericksburg, I still think it is worth the drive to find your ideal car. Highly Recommended.
Great job! Awesome trucks at great prices. Stopped in to see a Ram 1500. Very nice truck and good price. They let me test drive it and take it to get check over by a shop. IF you are going to buy a used car you have to get it looked over! (A few dealers i stopped said they couldn't let their trucks go get looked at) No issue with Imperial. Came back with a few things needed(expected for a used car) The finance manager came in looked over the report and worked out a great deal. Must say very nice guys , and very down to earth and fair.

Where do I start. Well 1st, great cars. We pulled up to the lot and by far one of the most organized lots we visited. Great selection of cars and trucks.
The salesmen came out to greet us as soon as we stepped out of the car. Nice guy very helpful. We came to see a few different trucks. He pulled them out and let us drive a few of them.
Then the hard part, getting the best price and financing for us. Walked inside and fill out a credit application. Within 20 mins the finance manager walked over to give us the news. He got us approved with $0 down and a low monthly payment. Very happy we asked if they could do any better on the price, he made a call to the owner, and worked out discount for us. Super nice guys, very down to earth. We didn't feel like just another sale.
Got a great deal, and couldn't be happier.

I traveled from S.C. to make a purchase. The guys were friendly and flexible with my needs. They understood the challenges of making a deal work when distance was a factor. I’d definitely do business with them again.
A few years ago we purchased a new vehicle from Cowles Parkway; but the vehicle (although not considered a 'lemon') experienced rain leakage (which they repaired) and eventually a cylinder malfunction that required installation of a refurbished engine.
What gives? Brand new vehicles shouldn't have problems.
Although each of these defects took a long time to repair, thankfully Cowles repaired everything. However, during each lengthy repair, we rarely heard from the Service Team so were not kept up to date.
We thought it's their responsibility (their responsibility!) to contact the Customer to let them know what's going on, not vice versa. We had to call a lot and felt very lucky if we were able to talk to someone and find out details.
Cowles Service and maintenance is great, but overall Customer Service and making contact with the Customer is lacking. We realize they're balancing many customers, but a simple phone call letting the Customer know how things are would be very helpful. Why do we need to call them to find out details?
