Took my daughter-in-law and grandchildren shopping for a used car. We were on a tight budget and had looked at literally hundreds of cars over the past two weeks. We were starting to get discouraged, when we saw our dream car at A-Lux Auto. The price was great, the car was beautiful, and I thought there must be a catch. It was late in the day, and we were unable to take the car to our own mechanic for an inspection. So we spent the extra $150 for the Contract Cancellation Option, just in case it turned out there were hidden problems. The $150 bought peace of mind, knowing that if something serious was wrong with the car, we could return it with no questions asked. The next morning our mechanic checked it out thoroughly and told us that we got a GREAT car! We were all doing the happy dance. We've had the car for over a week now, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. SO glad we went to A-Lux! Oh, and by the way, they were extremely patient with a screaming 2-year-old during the purchase process. I highly recommend this dealer.
The sales person was very friendly and helpful. They had the car I was looking for, but during the test drive, it developed problems that were not a reflection on the repairs they are responsible for. I would recommend them if I were asked.
Offered a great selection. After looking and test driving a couple found exactly the car we wanted at an incredible price. No, up selling, additional fees or any gimmicks you find at most other dealerships. Thanks!
I went to go check out a car at this dealership the other day and there was nobody to help me out or even greet me. I had a few questions but I figured the business was occupied with bigger and better things to do than help a prospective customer. Oh well :)
I have bad credit but Mike was able to get me approved. Very helpful guy made it all quick and simple. My credit is going up now thanks to Mike getting it done! Will be purchasing my wife a car from him very soon. Recommend to anyone in need of a vehicle.
Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto. We had the cash. We were in the "Camp Fire" and lost everything. Drove twice to Tustin from Sacramento. Once to shop and once to buy. Had financing set up, gave sales the information so they could deal with the credit union to settle finances before we arrived. They totally dropped the ball. We had driven eight hours to pick up a car and the sales manager demanded our Social Security number even though we were paying in cash. $26K that evening and the residual today. He wanted us to spend the night or until the credit union opened on Monday as he didn't want to work with us. The sales person was next to tears and my 74 yr old wife was fried with how we were treated. He was proud in how he treated us. Based on the short version above, I can't recommend working with AutoNation Ford Tustin.
Sales consultants were friendly and attentive. Could be more timely with processing but were very accommodating. I would recommend friends to come to this location.
