Blew a tire on I85 in construction zone. Came to 1st exit we saw. Cable Automotive right off exit. They helped us by changing our tire with full spare tire that we had to help us on our way. Even told us of tire places nearby if we needed to buy before moving on to our destination which was Lynchburg, Va. Even though we were not a resident of the area (we were traveling from Augusta, Ga) or came to purchase a car they did not charge us for their efforts. Also - It was a very hot, humid and miserable day to say the least. Hats off to all the staff who came to our assistance.
This was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. Dillon was able to help me get the exact Escape I had been looking for! The financing guy (I am sorry, his name is Escaping (LOL) me) was great too. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Dillon to anyone looking to get into a new or used vehicle. Took my car in for an inspection. Got a free alignment check. Was in and out quickly. My service rep Tommy was great. Kept me informed. Even the service manager Mr. Jenkins met me before I left to ask about my visit. Great Experience
Salesman Ryan was a pleasure to work with in making sure I was satisfied and informed about the buying process. Combination of youth and experience in sales staff resulted in a professional sales approach overall. One suggest is that the expected additional cost over advertised price be presented in a flyer upon first contact with potential buyer.
