We had in mind a date that would work for us to replace our 2006 Prius that had 213k miles on it. I kept tabs on all the local area dealers for a red 2018. As the choices narrowed, I got in contact with Cody Pavish by email. He answered my questions and in late November set up an appointment with us to test drive and purchase. Craig Schaak led the negotiation and on November 30th we drove home in our new model. The whole team was pleasant to work with, they gave us full explanation of warranties, accessories, safety features....I will recommend Bommarito when I can and also hope to add a Tacoma to the family sometime in the future. The dealership is clean, bright and friendly, the shops are clean and we actually had fun there.

Dodge did the worst paint jobs of any car company

They have a good vehicle that is designed well and I have a conversion van from 2003 but Dodge Chrysler did the worst paint job and did not used top-notch paint or primer and dust it peels off and it is a faulty paint job and yet they do everything they can to just ignore and not respond and it is a lot of money for a decent pay job to get redone and one shouldn't have to spend that in the vehicle that was never damaged in an accident and not in the snow and still fleece off in 4 inch pieces when I drive this is the reason why when I buy my new van in a year I will not buy a Dodge even since I told them this and they still didn't respond they are not very good in customer service they do not back their products and they do crappy crappy paint jobs..
I was contacted by corporate when I started making complaints online and he said to go to a local dealership once I got to California and try calling a couple and did not receive calls back, I will bring it in and keep you posted if they are trustworthy or another average scammer dealership .. hopefully they are honest and repaint the parts that are severe, I don't expect it to be perfect for your brand new but it is ridiculous that they flick off in 4 inch pieces due to feedback from the factory and manufacturer which is Dodge
Diagnosing and pin pointing needed repairs is very difficult and exspensive. The Dodge Dealerships do not have a diagnostic system that allows for pin pointing the needed repair. Process of elimination replacement of parts until the needed part is eventually replaced and thus discovered to be the part causing your trucks issue is not only exspensive with no concrete guarantee that you have fixed your trucks malfunction or bad part issues. The Dealership will diagnose, get a code for part replacement, that could be or could not be what’s causing the problem. The larger repair will be determined alleviating the mechanics job of narrowing down a more specific smaller or pin point cause. Your trucks symptoms will not conclude a specific cause. Many possible causes will be presented as possibilities and the process of elimination of replacing parts begins.
Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. They got me out of my crappy Suntrup car and into a certified 2017 Buick Lacrosse. Thank you so much. A job well done gentlemen. You have my future business and my family's. I will be recommending you to all my coworkers and friends too.

I bought this truck at 140,000 miles from a car lot. Was kinda iffy buying a dodge but let me tell you. Best Buy I have ever made. This is the toughest truck I have ever owned. These trucks are almost indestructible! Mine has 234,000 now and it’s still going STRONG!! No major repairs at all yet. Doesn’t use a drop of oil. Still got all the power, transmission shifts perfectly, I love it! Very reliable. Well worth every penny.
I loved my 2007 Toyota Matrix. There was only one problem. It had a manual transmission and my left knee is shot. (That happens when you get old.) I looked at CRVs, HRVs, RAV4s, Highlanders, and realized all I really wanted was a Matrix with an automatic transmission. Enter Jeff, Emmanuel, and Travis at Lou Fusz Used Toyota. They had a 2009 Matrix with only 35,000 miles on it! Nineteen times the original owner had it serviced, not because of mileage, but because of the dates. They offered me a fair trade-in value for my old machine, cleared the outstanding balance, and set me up with a sweet car. My payment went up $60 per month. My insurance costs rose 86 cents every six months. Where's the downside? How can such a bargain exist, you ask? Look up the color called Sundance Metallic. It is the same color as Autumn Squash soup at Panera's. Folks can sure see me coming, but I'm inside, so I'm cool with it!

This vehicle was great, comfortable, quick throttle response, and reliable. Never had any problems out of this truck the power is always there and it feels great while delivering that power.
Miss my Ram 1500 would love to have one again worked for all my needs perfect size 4 seats fast and 4 wheel drive granny gear would clone to the top of any challeng in my path and super good looking body very sporty
Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!

Truck is great if you can get past the defects that Dodge refuses to acknowledge. Great truck if you have deep pockets. So I wouldn't buy one again. Different makes have allot less issues.
