Bought a car a few months back and bought another recently, with two different sellers but the same energy. Highly reccomend Steve Goff he gets the job done and you won't be disappointed. We are repeat customers. We bought a Chrysler Town and Country almost 2 years ago and had such a great experience with them that we went back for a Dodge Ram for my husband and I year ago in July. They make you feel very welcome and they don't bs you into a vehicle you didn't come for. Will definitely be back for our next vehicle in a few years!
Called in after seeing a large amount of oil under my 2018 Ram. Service got me right in, diagnosed the problem, informed me of situation and fix, fixed it up and had me on my way in no time at all. Overall great job!
I rolled the dice buying a used car that was across the country from me but both David and Paul made sure I knew what I was getting before I saw the jeep in person! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from new century dodge and the only complaint I have is not living closer to have them as my permanent go to dealer. David was excellent about returning any phone calls and also providing me with any and all pictures I asked for of the vehicle. Even after the purchase and delivery of the jeep David has reached out to me several times to check on the jeep and my satisfaction and addressing anything I had a concern with. I look forward to driving my jeep around and would absolutely use them in the future without hesitation.

I bought a used 2015 Nissan Altima, totally, over the internet from Lucy Skirvin at Dodge Country Killeen. She was very patient (emails) and handled all the necessary paper work and financing. I bought the car, sent her a credit card deposit and the next day arrived at Dodge Country to finish the deal. I was met in the parking lot by Raul Rivera and he had reserved an upfront parking space for me. Then less then 30 minutes later I was in the finance mgrs. office signing the deal. Since I live 98 miles from Killeen, Raul got Christopher Rodriquez and Nick Schroeder to follow me home and deliver my car! Dodge Country made me feel like a VIP and I have never been treated so professionally at a car dealership. I will surely buy my next car from Dodge Country, Killeen and recommend others experience this dealers Pro Customer Service. This Dealership has set the bar very high for other Dealers to match there style!

Nice people to deal with, honest and they gave me a good deal..I shopped around in Great Falls and did not find a dealer I could trust. The car was a low milage Ford Taurus with a clean Car Fax and good service history. I bought it for $1800 less than others I looked at with the sale mile.

My wife and I recently purchased a Suburban from Hatchco. We were looking for a Suburban for sometime. We had been to the big guys. We went to the not so friendly guys, we went to a lot of places.
The problems with the big guys are; large fancy buildings that they have to flip the bill for. Who flips the bill? The customers. My least favorite answer when buying a vehicle at any dealer is the dreaded
LET ME ASK MY MANAGER.
I don't know what goes on when they ask the manager, but I bet it looks like a scene from a comedy. The manager daring them to see how long they can keep you there, and betting on how long you have until you break.

At the other dealers I would have to sit and dicker back and forth to get them to offer me insult after insult for a trade value.

My overall experience was amazing. My initial encounter with a sales staff member was not. The Sales manager made it right immediately. I have purchased vehicles here before but the end transaction couldn???t have been smoother.
I want to start out by saying that I am an employee of Henry Brown and work in the service department. That being said, I have worked places that you get pushed behind "Real Customers" as if you weren't important. I was never treated like that.. Hubby and I were not sure what we wanted so we took many test drives...Willy was patient, kind and very professional with us. He was never pushy or made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I felt like I was. Once we chose our 2019 Chevy Traverse, everything went quickly and smoothly in finance with David Ide...... Again he was not pushy, super nice and professional. Mike Miller the Sales Miller made sure I was getting the best treatment along the vehicle buying path... and that I was!! I watch all the salesman here on a daily basis and really like them all and like the way they deal with customers... Thanks for making my buying experience an awesome one!!
