After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
Thanks to everyone at Carsandpickups.com for another great vehicle buying experience.
Can’t say enough about them! My wife and I have purchased 2 vehicles from then.
No pressure, great selection, and friendly sales staff that went above and beyond!!
See you guys again next time!!
Lightning Motorsports seems to deal in high-end used cars and that's what we were looking for. They were to the point, pretty good at returning calls, and they didn't bs much. For a used car dealer it was one of the better experiences.
I drove from Houston just to deal with these guys cuz basically we cut the deal over the phone and everything that they said they would do they did. There was none of this crap that sorry I forgot I remember now they just did it
Thanks to Christian for the great deal I got on my truck. Thanks to Charlie for his knowledge on the truck. And finally thanks to Matt for helping me out on financing. I enjoyed working with each of them.
Bought a 2014 ram 3500, everything looked good on it. It was very clean. Let me take it for a test drive as long as I wanted. The roads there are in very bad condition, so it covered up the horrible ride in the truck. I do realize it is a 3500, but it was bad. It was also my first dually purchase, so shame on me for not knowing better. First they tried to shame me into taking less on my trade in than what was offered over the phone. I went ahead with the purchase and when I had it checked out by my local shop to try and figure out the shaking and the horrible ride, they found that the drive shaft was 2" too short, the shocks in the rear were missing the bushing allowing a ton of play. The remote start has never worked along with a host of other electrical problems that I have been chasing. I had to put $4k into it just to try and fix the problems with the vehicle. Not to mention once I had the truck washed all of the swirl marks in the pain appeared. The finance manager told me that all they do is put $1k-$2k dollars in a truck that they get to make it look good and that's it. They do not fix any problems known or unknown before they sell these vehicles.
My advice would be to look at everything very carefully before you buy a higher than market priced vehicle from them. They have some questionable ones in the warehouse. Good photographer though, lol.
