Buying a truck can be frustrating and and confusing, Miguel made it neither of those things and being deaf, he stepped up 110% to make sure that I understood every step of the process. I love my truck and I will definitely recommend to all.

I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Chris Weinberger. I bought my 2001 Ram 1500 Pick-up from Waconia Dodge 17 years ago. Chris was courteous, helpful, and not "pushy". He was a good listener and was very helpful showing us the vehicle we were looking at, and with showing us all of it's features. The vehicle process is not something I enjoy, seeing my last pick-up purchase was 17 years ago. Chris made it quite easy.
We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! 9 am service appt that took over 1 hour 20 minutes to complete. They had to simply plug into computer port (in-cab) for engine light check. My opinion - Too long for a 5-10 minute check. After 1 hour I had to see what status was...Last oil change same, slow service...
I called in about my car not starting. they said we will be looking for you. I got there and 1 hour later the car was fixed and I was on the way home. My car was even washed.
