This is the first and only review I have ever written on the internet. That being said, you will see how strongly I recommend them.
My wife and I recently purchased a Suburban from Hatchco. We were looking for a Suburban for sometime. We had been to the big guys. We went to the not so friendly guys, we went to a lot of places.
The problems with the big guys are; large fancy buildings that they have to flip the bill for. Who flips the bill? The customers. My least favorite answer when buying a vehicle at any dealer is the dreaded
LET ME ASK MY MANAGER.
I don't know what goes on when they ask the manager, but I bet it looks like a scene from a comedy. The manager daring them to see how long they can keep you there, and betting on how long you have until you break.

We had a very nice vehicle that we traded in at Hatchco.
At the other dealers I would have to sit and dicker back and forth to get them to offer me insult after insult for a trade value.
Hatchco offered a very fair trade value first time no dickering.
The sales team at Hatchco were a buyers complete dream!
Fair, honest, and most of all friendly.
Pricing on Hatchco vehicles is spot on.
We live 60 miles away from Hatchco, and the next time my family or I are looking for a vehicle. I guarantee I will start my search at Hatchco with Morgan.

....after a great test drive and a review of some cosmetic issues I went home to assess the pros/cons of this. I followed up the next day via email with several questions and never heard back from them....
Found a sweeeeetttt NIssan 370Z on Cars.com, submitted my RFI and they got back to me very quickly. Had a nice phone conversation (initially) about 10 days ago, sill had a couple of questions. Have emailed waiting for answers, then may buy. The second person I talked with said the price online is firm (I think there is room to negotiate - ESPECIALLY since the car is being sold "as is", which means I could be on the hook for hundreds or dollars, or more, of repairs). But, all in all, it looks like they have reasonably priced, if somewhat higher mileage, used cars.
I loved my Xterra, and totally credit the safety features in it for walking away from an encounter with a deer on the Interstate. Sadly I needed to purchase a new car. I went here because of my experience with the sales & service departments. And I continue to return for service work.

INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! EXCELLENT SALES STAFF!!!! We purchased a used pickup truck for my son who is 18. He worked all summer and saved his money up to buy the truck he REALLY wanted. Two weeks into owning it and paying cash for it ($9500.00) the truck just stopped. Dead. I called Joey the Service Manager there and they got it in ASAP. I was having to leave town and explained the urgency of getting this vehicle fixed so that my son could have wheels while I was out. Joey and his team worked diligently and got it fixed in less than two days! Constant phone contact, emailing and wonderful communication by them to keep us in the loop and get the job done on time and NO CHARGE! I can't begin to tell you how this kind of services does NOT EXIST in the city at the city dealerships! This is the second vehicle I bought from this dealership and the second one I bought this year. (two teenagers driving age) I can tell you that Bonham Chrysler Dodge beat the city dealership HANDS-DOWN. No comparison at all! The city dealership could give two flips that my kid was driving a car with issues that they sold me, but not this dealership. I could keep going on but it is clear that Bonham Chrysler Dodge takes pride in their inventory used or new, takes pride in their customer service. They walk the walk, they put their money where their mouth is and the DELIVER! Don't waste your time with anybody else!
You will not find a more dedicated group of people in taking care of their customers. Went above and beyond what I have ever experienced from any dealership. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Very nice selection of quality vehicles also!
Great little car lot! No pushy salesmen, everyone was nice and laid back. They had the perfect vehicle that I didn’t think existed. The buying process was very quiet and painless didn’t think it would be so smooth highly recommended if your in the market for a new vehicle.
I bought a 4runner couple weeks ago with the assistance of Corey, the saleman. Corey is friendly and good help. In addition, the Corn Motors store provide good service and easy to deal, no stress neither push to buy. Definitely I recommend to my friends or relatives to visit for a drive test with Corey and Corn Motors. Thank you Corey and company.

I had a great experience buying a vehicle from Dons. Trent is a wonderful salesman. Not only did he take the time to find exactly what I was looking for, he also provided great customer service throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone to buy their next vehicle from this dealership.
