I have been car shopping several weeks. I have been watching prices at several dealerships and when you go in to these dealer ships they try to give you the run around. I was very impressed with Sulphur springs dodge. Yes I knew what I wanted before I walked in but they didn't add any extra costs to my price I found listed on their one of their vehicles. I was in and out within 2 hours. I will be back to buy other vehicles when I need them. if you are looking for a vehicle go see Zach. promise you wont be disappointed

While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. My husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 30 years & I will continue to deal there!

After getting rid of my Buick enclave because of endless problems,needed something more reliable. They had exactly what I was looking for and more options on the lot within price range. They have good quality cars, nice laid back salesman. Worked with me and held the car. Had a 360 point inspection by mechanic and came back no problems which was good to hear. Y'all give them a chance before going anywhere else.

Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. It's been 2 mos since buying my '11 GMC DENALI dually from Lime Ridge. I live nearby and am always impressed with their inventory, so after deciding to upgrade my ride, I reached out via their website and Jamien called. This was my 1st diesel purchase, so I had many questions for him. Afterwards my wife and I decided to visit the dealership, where we test-drove 5 different trucks. It turned out to a very busy day for the dealership, but Jamien was patient and gave us the time and space we needed to make our decision. He also hooked me up with some performance mods as part of the deal, gave me a fair price on my trade, and has even taken care of some issues I discovered after the fact...at zero cost! Jamien has been great to work with before, during, and after the purchase. I have been 100% pleased with this place and highly recommend them. This was the second time he has sold me an automobile. My first vehicle was a used Ford Bronco purchased after my relocation southwestern Idaho in 1995.
In 2018 i realized my Honda driver's seat sat too close to the ground. I started shopping for a replacement auto. I spotted on the Cars site, a Toyota Avalon. I did the research online and then tried to see it at the lot. I was unable to locate the car on the lot Hometown claimed it was located. Their website kept me driving in circles. I had all but given up on locating the car when on May 13, I drove through the Hometown dealership in Weiser. I spotted the Avalon in the back of the property. It was covered in dust and dirt. It looked like it was staged for sending to a dealer's auction. I returned on Monday the 14 and contact Mark.
I told him about a car I wanted to see that was on the website. He could not verify with their computer based system the location of that car. I shared with him where the car was located. He promptly found the car and we were headed out for a test drive. I drove north of town to include driving up a hill and return via US 95. I made an offer of what I was willing to pay. Ultimately his efforts and support consumated the deal.
My experience with purchasing a used vehicle was the best. They were very cordial, friendly and professional. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. They have a great inventory of vehicles to choice from.
