We were looking for a used Nissan Murano and they had one, I put it on hold with a credit car because we are about a 21/2 hr drive from them and couldn't make it up there during the week. Unfortunately my wife ended up in the hospital so we didn't make it up there. They were great to talk with on the phone and had my wife not ended up in the hospital we would have bought it.

This Car was very reliable. Whenever something needed to be fixed it was cheap since it's a car made here in the US. Parts are easy to buy
Bob D. Was able to finance us and worked to get the deal done. He was also able to arrange for DVD player to be installed in the car I picked out (for the grandkids). Everyone was very friendly when we came in and we would definitely go back in the future when the time comes.

This car has been great to me for the past 11 years and still runs like a champ.. great cold AC and no major issues..
Fred, Thank you so much for all of your help in finding the perfect vehicle. I LOVE my new Jeep! I think my favorite amenity is the heat - my '02 Liberty has had a partially plugged heater core for the last three or four years. It generated just enough heat to keep the windows defrosted but not enough to be warm. Imagine my joy at being able to drive my new Jeep without wearing my thick winter mittens! Of course, everything else about the new Jeep is wonderful too. :-) Tony and I both very much appreciated the way you were the antithesis of other used car dealers we have dealt with - you were helpful without being pushy, you actually knew something (quite a bit actually) about the cars on your lot and you trusted us to test drive a vehicle without needing to ride in the backseat. We were both pleased that you had the right Jeep for us - it would have been a shame if one of the slimy dealers had had my dream Jeep! :-) If you have a manager that we could tell how much we appreciated your help, it would be our pleasure to do so. Of course you may be the head honcho - if so, please pat yourself on the back for us. Our experience could not possibly have been any better. If we hear of anyone looking for a used vehicle, we will gladly send them your way. Beth

This is a Stratus 2004 and then out of nowhere I was only driving it for a couple of months and then it stopped working on me I was told it was the PCM I really have no idea what's the problem and I really need to have because I'm trying to sell it because I need a new car
Everyone involved was friendly, polite, attentive, responsive, and expressed sincere gratitude for my business. Could not be happier than with George Matick.

car is roomy and good gas milage had a large trunk and love the Midnight blue color It is a good family car and would buy a another one when we need a new car
Bought our 2014 Chevy Silverado from West Metro Buick with a trade in of a 2013 Honda Accord. They gave me a fair price for my Honda and a fair price for the Chevy. We had signed the paperwork for the truck and afterward they said they forgot to mention that the truck has some hail damage- which they will be fixing for free. We got a free rental truck while this repair happened. Then, a while later, we had taken the truck into a different repair shop and was told something (I'm not car savvy so forgive the vagueness) on the truck was broken and it will cost $2,000 to fix it. Well, we bought a warranty from West Metro so we brought it there to see if this repair would be covered. They said it would, but that part isn't actually broken. What we needed were replacement rear brakes. My husband said he would replace those himself and the service center was fine with that. No hassling or dishonesty on their part. LOVE this dealership and their service center. They are honest and fun to work with when purchasing a car. Will definitely be back when we need an upgrade.

Great car, but not easy to work on yourself.

This car seems solid, it has a nice sound for a 4-banger, and doesn't seem too unreliable yet. If you need a roomy, reliable car as your grocery-getter and daily driver, I recommend. If you like working on your cars yourself, and prefer not to always take it to a shop, sadly, I do not recommend for a DIYer. I mean, the battery is in the quarter panel in front of the driver front tire well, so, not even easy to replace a battery, that's a snapshot. Also, if you meet another car on that corner, it might not end well for the battery...
Runs and drives well. I use high-mileage full-synthetic oil, and I use Lucas Oil products, because so far they have never let me down, but have gotten me out of so many pickles, so I run their additives in my tranny, engine, and power steering, as preventative maintenance. (No this is not an ad for Lucas, I just recommend, as preventative maintenance is often more effective than when the problem is already big enough to be noticeable.)
The A/C even still works after a low-speed collision with underride (I rear-ended a 2010's-ish Dodge Journey, and, as IIHS puts it well, the high cost of mismatched bumpers...) So, overall, I'm happy. I like to work on my own cars, so that's the only part that I don't really like about this car, is that Chrysler seems to want you to take it to them, because they have made it almost as difficult as possible to work on yourself. Oh, and, letting people know, it might take getting used to, as, not a bad thing, but the larger, not-so-sensitive steering ratio and rather comfortable, soft suspension does kinda give it the floating feeling, like the handling of a boat.
In all, great car, for a family that isn't too car-savvy. But if you like to work on cars yourself, might I recommend a Crown Victoria or Impala, or other mid-to-full-size sedan.
These guys REALLY know the market and how their vehicles compare to the competition! I worked with Frank and he landed me on the perfect vehicle and was able to secure an AWESOME rate for me through a really competitive bank! His customer service was out of this world! He listened to what I needed, including payment range and what I needed in the vehicle and got it right on the first shot! I never once felt as though my concerns weren't valid to these folks! I would HIGHLY recommend Frank to anyone that is even thinking about purchasing a vehicle! Thanks!!!

My son owned one years ago. I was needing a different work car and noticed this one on line. Purchased it and have had great luck with it so far. I would recommend this car to anyone.
No Mess, No Fuss, Just Pure Impact! I'm the type of person that dreads going to a dealership. I visited a few within the last year looking for the right Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that I had been wanting for over 30 years. I didn't feel like driving out to New Orleans East but I am glad I did.
Cassey greeted me upon arrival and didn't bug me like the normal salesperson typically does. Cassey was professional and let me be, offering assistance only when I wanted it. Cassey came from another dealership and Premier is lucky to have him. Cassey worked with me for quite some time. Eventually I met and talked with John, the manager, who also provided a professional experience.
I had a trade in and felt I was given the max amount that a dealership could offer. Yeah, of course you could make more if you sold your car yourself, but why do that when they can give you a good offer and you are done.
Walked away with my Willys Jeep Wrangler at a great price. Do yourself a favor and go see these two.

Purchased an 2008 GT/CS that needed some repair work. Came out better then a factory car. It is now for sale. Beautiful car, new paint, Candy Apple Red. New original type tires. Tracks beautifully. Will sell for $15,000.

This vehicle is the perfect size for our new driver, not too big or too small. It rides smoothly at higher speeds. Nice looking interior and sleek design on the exterior.
great everyday driver. good on gas, easy to drive when you get used to it. nice sound system. I think it's styling is so unique. Kind of looks like a Maserati from the front. The women at work think it's an exotic sports car. Passenger compartment gets kind of hot on your feet even with a/c on full. I will keep it running and maintained as long as I can.
Everyone was kind and was genuinely helpful and they looked out for the best interest of the customer. If I had any inquiries, they were taken care of quickly and above my expectations. Thank you all! 💕

One of the best cars I've ever owned! I meets all my needs and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We just bought a 2013 Toyota Sienna. The salesman, Alex, was beyond good to us. He worked with us on the price to get us into a similar payment from our previous car. It was quick and easy. Alex wasn’t pushy and he definitely listened to our needs. We would easily come back again. Lakeland Toyota will have our business again.

If I had the chance I'd buy another one and have it for 7yrs+ like I did with my last stratus. It's great for traveling. I took it from Kansas to Oregon back n forth for three years. It was very comfortable and reliable. I miss it.
Hugo our salesman and manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time with us trying to find us a SUV that met
our specifications. Unfortunately we were $500 apart which was a shame because we were ready to buy the car right there. Surprised they let us walk but would still recommend Hugo.

this would be great for a starter vehicle. only letting go do to mothers health. it's been great for her to get around town.
I had a horrible experience at Good Chevrolet and wanted to trade the car I just bought a month ago so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. I called and spoke to Stephanie, who was very helpful and understanding. I explained my situation to her and asked if I could come in to see what they could do for me. Stephanie, Dominick and Will spent a couple of hours with me. After finding the car that I was looking for they had one of their employees go pick it up from a dealership up North since the car wasn't at their lot. This is what I call customer service. They went above and beyond to get me into a different car. Stephanie made the loan process so easy and took the time to explain everything to me. Since Will and Dominick were off the day I came to sign my papers Anthony took the time to explain the features my car had and helped me set up my Onstar. If your looking for a car stop by and see them, they will make you feel like family and do everything they can to get you in the car you want. Thank you so much you guys, I LOVE my Brand New Tahoe, you made it all possible!
