So glad to have my 2012 Kia Sportage serviced quickly & efficiently at our local Premier Kia dealership!. Needed an oil/filter change & a state inspection. All went well, including some bulbs out on the license plate bracket in the rear( which could have gotten me a traffic ticket driving at night). The service personnel were all professional and courteous...I feel good about returning with my other Kia vehicles for service!
Overall very good experience. Rickey McNeal was a pleasure to deal with he delivered the car. Caleb was my first contact. Caleb, was proactive at every turn. Jeremy worked an excellent deal on the price of the car. Jeremy, I would still like to have a hard copy of the window sticker. One thing, found it strange that I never talked to anyone in F&I and had to ask for a copy of the sales/unit order? I can recommend the dealership and would go back if in the market.
Just purchased a 2019 High Country 1500 Silverado. Traded in my 2015 2500 Silverado, they gave me what I expected on trade in value, they gave a great price on my new truck, I couldn???t be happier. Thanks to JJ, Corey, Andy, Darrin and all the other guys that made it Happen.
The service department was very accommodating and helpful I was graded as I got to the service department and asked what I needed to rain . I was supposed to have an all change and a fuse replaced . They did a great job on oil change and also showed me that my air filter need to be also replaced but they forgot or didn???t get to do the fuse . The fuse is the one that controls by driver seat .
I contacted this dealership via email through Cars.com to inquire about a small car to purchase for my daughter. The dealership responded promptly to let me know that the car had already been sold. First, I was glad they responded. Second, I was glad they were honest and let me know the car had already been sold. Third, they let me know that they had other inventory that I could shop, but none of the other inventory had the type of car I wanted to buy, so I didn't really look any further. I appreciated most of all that they took the time to respond to my email and they were very courteous.
They came to my office picked up my vehicle, changed the oil, rotated the tires, did the inspection and returned my car within 2 hours, so I'd say that's great customer service. I was even able to pay online! The only negative thing I have to say is that they did not supply me with the paperwork or car report like if I had come to the dealership which was kinda upsetting, but all in all I'm pleased with the service.
