Completely blown away. After being jerked around for 4 days by multiple other dealerships and countless hours wasted I have finally been taken care of. I inquired about a Buick Lacrosse online and was immediately contacted by the online sales specialist Mark. I told Mark about my mistreatment at other places and my lack of hope. Mark asked me exactly what I wanted and monthly price. Mark didnt waste my time he was honest and asked ahead of time if my deal was even doable before I drove the 45 min drive to them. When I got there he wasted no time with my deal and went directly to Don the new car salesman. Don introduced himself and again asked me what deal I was seeking. He didn't hesitate or mess with me at all. Don looked me eye to eye and said I will get you that deal and put you in that Buick today. That's exactly what happened too. I got the exact car I wanted at the exact price. When all hope was gone Mark and Don from Jim Trenary stepped in and fixed me up. They got me out of my crappy Suntrup car and into a certified 2017 Buick Lacrosse. Thank you so much. A job well done gentlemen. You have my future business and my family's. The Charger Hellcat is amazing. I bought this car to bring to Germany with me and drive it on the autobahn where one can legally open it up. Its unbelievable. You're paying for the engine and drive train at this price point, but for this much money it should have a leather dash, surround view camera, and electric folding mirrors. Other than that, excellent and fun car to own. Destroyer Grey really gets noticed and the Harmon Kardon sound system is great upgrade from six lousy speakers.

Great experience at Carmax at Mid Rivers in St. Louis. We were looking for a low mileage 2014 Toyota RAV4 and we found the SUV we wanted on the lot. In total it was the fastest we have been in and out of a dealership after buying the SUV.

I am in love with this car, only disappointment is the rev limiter. Shifting gears when heavy in the pedal hits rev limiter to quick and the car falls on its face. Must shift before 5900

This car is a perfect first car for teenagers or young adults and I have thoroughly enjoyed driving it. One of my favorite features is probably the moonroof.

At first we were wanting a 2019 HR-V but they were moving very slow to make them so we decided to go with a 2018 CR-V instead and he handled that transition AMAZINGLY! Good ride, reasonably comfortable to drive. Interior materials could be uoscaled a bit for the price. . Smooth shifting 8 spd tranny, decent handling and braking.

My wife drove a new Journey Crossroad off the lot two years ago. Last week my Mitsubishi went kaputs after owning it 16 years. I liked my wife's Journey so much I finally got a chance to get one of my own. The V6 has alot of zip, it can tow my boat, comfortable quiet ride. Really enjoying it without any problems with either of them.

So far the charger has exceeded my expectations. I only got the v6 but it will pick up and go when I want it to. Very roomy and lots of trunk space. Great on gas too.

Very comfortable seats, usable back seat and amazing sound system. the two 10 inch woofers really bump. My SRT 392 is fast, comfortable and looks old school cool. I would highly recommend this car to any muscle car seeker.

Matt Vallee was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He didn't seem to mind some of the dumb questions I had. We drove several cars around the lot before making a final selection. The whole process went smoothly. Matt was kind enough to help me clean out my trade in since I wasn't really prepared to turn it in. Mike in financing was also very knowledgeable and courteous. However, he had to apologize several times for the length of time it took to get the financing completed. My FICA score was 850. I don't know why the financing took so long. I arrived at the dealer about 3:00 PM and had my car selected and priced by 4:00 PM or so. I didn't get to leave until almost 7:00 PM. Three hours for financing seems way too long. Something needs to be done about the time it took for financing. I am enjoying my new 2018 Chevy Cruze in what I describe as Cardinal Red! I learn new things about it every day!

Loved ours! Great features for the value price. Sporty, great bright colors were made (ours was Header Orange. Loved the racetrack taillights! Great gas mileage, especially when commuting... usually around 36-38 mpg. Great pick up for a 4 cylinder engine (2.0 Tigershark automatic transmission). Would have been our go to car for a long time, had someone not turned directly in front of us, ending up in it being totalled!!!! But car definitely held up well in the accident and protected us better than most vehicles would have. Definitely deserves its 5-star safety rating. Comfortably seats 4 adults, but can seat 5. Wish Dodge still made the Dart! I'd buy a new one in a heartbeat!
