Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Mark and Justin were Amazing to work with! I don't have the best credit and I was looking to get a new car and trade in my old car. I stumbled across their website and inquired about a car they had. The next morning I was on the phone with both Justin and Mark and I was approved for the car. The process was super quick and easy. They made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel at all pressured like you do at some big dealerships. I can't say enough about this place! I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

I had a very wonderful and pleasant experience purchasing my first ever car at North Hills Auto Mall. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Any and all questions I had (which were many) were answered in a very timely manner and explained very well (which I greatly appreciated because I'm definitely not anywhere near a car expert). I purchased my car in January 2019 and now almost a year later I am still in love with it and happy with my decision. It is currently 13 years old, and I purchased it with a considerably low mileage for its age, as well as no rust. It was clean inside and out and in wonderful condition. I requested to see the Carfax, and a copy was gladly handed to me to keep, which revealed it had only 1 previous owner and a clean history with no reported accidents. I also took it for a test drive. It still today runs fantastic and I have yet to run into any problems with it. The Dodge Stealth is simply a repackaged Mitisubishi 3000gt. But it is simply wonderful. I owned a 1991 RT/TT and would still have it now if not for being too young to handle the car. I never had any mechanical issues that were brought on from regular wear and tear. I drove the wheels off of mine and had to replace the clutch twice in one year (it was my first manual). It is good on gas when you drive like you have sense. It smokes all four tires. It is a drivers car and a modern classic. I'm 30 now and 12 years after totaling mine in a street race, I'm looking for another.

I own a landscape business and there is nothing this truck can't pull. 9,000 lb dum trailer with skid steer to enclosed cargo trailer...truck does it all. Runs good and has huge gas tank so only have to fill up once a week. After owning this truck, I will never have a gas work truck again...no comparison.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

Found a SVT Cobra that caught my attention. Information, additional pictures, and offers went good. Shipping was handled on their end. Smooth out of state transaction, would purchase from again.

So I bought this car with no intention of owning it long... but now I love it! Have the SE with the 2.0 (which I read with the 6 spd is most reliable). My only complaint is that it could have more power for maneuvering into traffic... that said it's getting me 37+ mpg going 80 and even over mountain passes. It has great weight distribution and corners almost as well as my bmw 3 series did thanks to the Alpha Romeo chassis. The shifts are smooth - even in high traffic freeway driving and over the mountain passes (maintains whatever speed I want over the passes as well). It's comfortable on long drives - have a 5 hour drive 2x per month. I kind of hate that I love it so much - but also a value shopper - so I take that it was so cheap to purchase into consideration. It only has 68k miles, so interested to see how it holds up in the long run... haven't had any issues at all with it over the past 12k miles I've owned it. It was well maintained by the original owners.

I bought my Charger R/T new in 2009. It has 180,000 miles now. It runs and looks like new. The Mercedes valve body did fail, but the lifetime power train warranty fixed it. Even the leather seats look new.

I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

Our Dart has been great. One thing it will needs a QT of oil every 1000 miles. We had low profile tires. Lots of problems. But I knew that when I bought the car. had to replace rims. Gas Mileage is 24 miles Combined. Spare tire was an option. I check that box. Need spare tire. Only real problem was air condition. Needed a hose it was under warranty.

I bought my 2013 Dodge dart brand new in November of 2012. My kids called it my in life crisis car I called it My last car I'm ever going to buy 😂 it is now April of 2024 and I have 24,500 mi on the car and the only thing I've had to do was normal maintenance, change oil and replace tires. I love the Dodge dart and I checked the gas mileage last weekend after a trip and I got 32 mi to the gallon. Very happy! When I dye my grandson will be happy to have it also.

Owned a Dodge Charger GT 2021 for 3 years now. Grey with the nice 245 tires. The care is BEAUTIFUL. I love the style and Dodge give you soo many options to customize it. I added a rear winder louver and some racing stripes. Its a car that looks super fast eventhough its on a V6. But who am I racing in my daily driver? The drive is nice, excellent 305 HP, and massive caliphers along with rotors gives you excellent stopping power. All is stock. This is a strong rear wheel drive. I see why many people like doing donuts in this car. its fun, but at $400 a tire, not me. The comfort could be better. Plenty of space, as a man who is 6'2 300, very spacious, but the seats are not comfortable for long distance trips, The stereo system is average, nothing to boom or even brag about. I do like all of the electronic features, such as checking your 0-60, sports control, and Mopar app. that keeps you updated on your car needs. The value, I think its a bit over priced. At the time it was $42K, but I traded a 2018 Challenger that knocked off $20k and then Dodge had a special that knocked another $3k off and with 0% financing using Chrysler Capital...it was a deal. I know without these perks I have settled for the SXT. A huge negative about this car, it depreciate badly. Only 3 years and the car lost almost half its value. I support over time, since Dodge stop making these cars in 2023...they may increase in value...but I doubt it. Ask Pontiac.

Bought new 2014 and have lifetime warranty that only costs me $100.00 to fix it. I have already paid for the warranty and more. Knock on wood. Only 80,000 miles on it and looks great!

At 129,000 mi I replaced the plugs,igniti on coils,belt tensioner and belt,PCV,M AP sensor,water pump,new aluminum coolant crossover( by plastic), aluminu m thermostat housing and thermostat ,upper & lower radiator hoses,new all aluminum oil filter housing(by plastic),n ew lower& upper intake manifold gaske ts,cut out the plastic heater core "Tee" and installed a metal 1"x1"x1/2" and ne w hose clamps,flushed and refilled OAT antifreeze,drained trany pan and put in new oil filter and new trany pan"with a installed drain plug" in it,replaced the 3.5 qts of synthetic ATF+4 transmission fluid that come out of it and used the trany fluid check stick at 150° F throug h the "dealer only" trany fluid tube cap to 63 mm measurement trany fluid leve l,replaced both upstream O2 sensors, cleaned the throttle and throttle body, put on a new lower engine oil pan( that the oil change shop stripped the drain plug threads out on) changed the 5W-2 0 synthetic oil,and drained/ pumped out all rear end gear lube oil and put in new 75W-140 gear lube. I figure,that, my 2014 charger SE 3.6L should be good for another 100,000 to 200,000 miles ( of course,I will drain an d refill the trany fluid again after 10,00 0 to 15,000 mi to bring my fluid ratio up to 75% -90% clean/ new trany fluid) . I've already brought my MPG up from 18 mpg to 26mpg Lesson and advice--"take care of your car/ investment and you won't have to spend another $30,000 to $90,000 for/on a new car' (I call "the junk and crap cars of today)". Personally-im considering a 1960' s to 1970's dodge,Chevy SS,Pontiac,cuda,or GTO of yester-year I remember owning and diving in my youth( 45+ years ago).

I've owned Porsche 911, a G35 and now this baby. I originally leased it for a few years and was going to give it to my son for his 16th birthday, but decided to keep it as it is STILL so much fun to drive. Fast, zippy, not one problem in 4 years. Just replaced the battery (AAA said I didn't need to, but after 60K, better safe than sorry). Replaced the tires at 40K. Other than that, regular oil changes. LOVE IT.
