Thoroughly reliable diesel automobile. Steady fwy driving will get you 45 mpg. Nice not to have to change spark plugs. Likely not a great choice in subzero weather.

Took 2021 forester for warranty work on electronics - Riley Subaru was beyond expectations. Their representatives were attentive, respective (of my lack of knowledge), and very very helpful. Everytime I turned around someone was there to answer my questions. EXCELLENT personal.

I currently have 158,000 miles on my Traverse . I bought it six years ago . It has been through my two kids and their permit driving . To driving my kids to school everyday for five years . We love twenty miles from town . I have always kept the maintenance up on it . I plan on driving my traverse till it is done . Chevrolet really did their homework when they made the Traverse . It has satisfied my every need in a car . I love the power , the quite on the road . The gas mileage for the power you get out of it . The comport for traveling . The ease of handling. I really love the Traverse .

We drove our 2019 SEL from CA to OH and back in July 2021. It was a perfect ride. Our cat even got to like it. The Ionic performed better than any advertisement we saw. The sticker indicates mpg @ 57. At best we got 57.6! We didn’t get 57 the whole trip, but our 5100 mile averaged was 54. I stopped leasing after 3 cars to buy this one. Best car I’ve bought in 40 years.

The compact SUV / Wagon is fun to drive and is quiet, I shouldn’t have bought it because it’s a 5 passenger and I need more seating because we have a big family. But everyone loves it!

Great communication with sales staff prior to my visit. I was greeted by staff when I arrived for my appointment. The salesman arranged a test drive and although the vehicle was nice, it just didn't have all the features I wanted. The staff really wanted my business and even dropped the price a great deal, but I wasn't ready to accept a car that didn't have what I wanted. I would recommend this dealership. They understood my reasons for not purchasing and followed up with emails afterwards.

This is an update. I have reached the 127,000-mile range, and in the last year, I have replaced the transmission ($ 2,000 including labor), radiator, CV joints, and front shock absorbers ($ 2,500). The exterior paint on the engine bonnet and the roof has faded considerably, and the weather strips on all windows need to be replaced. Still, it's a lot cheaper to do the repairs than to buy an overpriced used vehicle or get into a new one.

This car is the most reliable car I had. after all these years still drives very well. I have the SE model and it is supper comfortable with the lower back support. I haven't had any mayor problems at all. I hardly recommend this car.

This was a replacement vehicle for a Toyota Camry that was totaled. Bought it, it was 3 years old with 36,032 miles on it. Been rear ended $14,000 in Damages to the rear, there’s only 2 things I would complain about. One getting a replacement Drivers seat has been a problem, I’ve even looked in Auto salvage yards to get a replacement seat, it’s been a headache, and if you do find one you got to give the first 2 numbers of the VIN # so the wiring Harness will work.. if you have the American built version , the Japanese or Korean Version Wiring Harnesses will not work, they will bolt in, but the Harnesses won’t work. Been looking for 3 years for a seat , still can’t find one. I’ve looked in both North & South Carolina for a replacement seat.

STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! Drove a couple hours to look at a used Tahoe, had emailed Mitch about it before going. When arriving the Tahoe was brought up front and we test drove it. Went back and they checked out some concerns,purchased the Tahoe and it all went very smooth. Mitch is a stand up guy that does what he says.Had concerns when getting it home and he once again took care of the issues. Bought my 2012 brand new and 12 years later it still runs great! I have put o er 304,000 miles on it and have had no problems. I have done regular maintenance on the car and it keeps on ticking. The paint is poor condition and weather stripping has deteriorated. The interior has held well! The only thing after 12 years and lots of miles is the CD player is making noises and wearing out. I am going to keep driving until it dies which at this point seems like it might be another 100-200k miles.
