I have experienced Excellent Customer Service at Herzog and my best advisor Jenna has helped me along with her Colleagues with multiple vehicle fro My 2018 Atlas , 21 Atlas Tourmaline Blue to my now 2016 Touareg. All my service here has been reasonable and straight forward and even if there has been an issue we’ve managed to work things out with complete understanding , I am always going to take my Volkswagen to Herzog I have complete trust and faith in what they do !!

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

Jenna, Nick, and Katie did an amazing job providing me with a seamless and thorough experience! I feel like communication was quick and I was given honest and vital feedback over my car. Lastly, I appreciate the team is willing to take the time to do a thorough and high quality job to truly fix the problems alll around instead of rushing through. Great job!

Jenna in the service department was awesome as usual. She communicated great with me before, during and after my appointment. The warranty recall work was done in the timeframe she quoted, plus a fuse issue was resolved too. Jenna also arranged for a great low cost car rental while my Jetta was being worked on.

I scheduled a 100K mile maintenance appointment for my Taos VW. Jenna who always has helped me since I purchased my new car then was very helpful, helped me save a lot of money $$$, and kept me informed or every needed repairs and their timeline. She even exceeded expectations by having the car ready sooner than expected. I’ve been to other dealerships, no one compares to the personalized approach of Herzog-Meyer. They’re truly the best!

I brought my SUV in for a repair on 11/19/24. Josh Baldwin, the service manager, was very proactive communicating with me via text on the diagnosis, estimated cost to repair, and estimated time to repair. Their technician made a video showing and explaining where the problem was and what was needed to fix it. Their entire service process felt open and honest, unlike other dealers' service departments I've dealt with.

Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.

I highly reccomend Platt Auto! The switch from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle has a learning curve but the folks at Platt Auto are very service and education oriented. I was indecisive as to which level of car I wanted and tested their 7-Day no-questions-asked return guarantee more than once(!!!) and they didn't mind at all! They gave me excellent trade-in value for my gas car. And when I had an issue with a tire and called them to ask about it and they simply replaced them for me as part of their service guarantee! I felt no pressure from them and they were so helpful. Buying a used car in the past, I've had negative experiences of being talked down to, or having price hassles. I got none of that here and many of their vehicles still have factory warranties left on them. They have a wide selection of electric cars and accessories at great prices and a comfortable waiting room with toys and kids movies too. Please go see them if you're even considering the switch to an electric vehicle.

Is a confortable and economic car. I bought it in Potamkin Hyundai, Miami Lakes and I’m very satisfaced with my car and the excellent dealer’s service.

15000 mile maintenance. Oil change and all the other maintenance done very quickly. Always bright and cheerful when we come in. They do a great job and I’d highly recommend Makayla!!

Took my Maxima in for 60,000 Mi service. Had a long list of things that I thought needed to be done. But Rudy checked my previous service history and concluded really only what I needed was an oil and filter change. So that, along with the inspection that they do , gave me a good idea of what I might need to do next time around. Very pleasant experience overall

One needs to be "ready" to drive an EV. Charging a car is different than filling it with gasoline. But with a little planning, it works great, and it is MUCH cheaper. The car is really fun to drive. It's quiet, with very little vibration, yet VERY responsive. It has lots of great safety features, as well. It is well-priced, and the $7,500 federal rebate was really helpful! It's a great car.

Each year, we’re saving $6,000–$7,000 combined on fuel and maintenance compared to when we drove gasoline cars. We get about 250-300 miles of range depending on heat and AC use. We bought them used around $20k each, had batteries replaced in 2020 so 100,000 mile warranty, can't beat it! I own a 2017 Tesla Model S. It's literally the best car I've ever owned. I have driven it 157,000 miles and haven't done a thing to it except change tires. ZERO maintenance! No more oil changes, fluid flushes, belts, filters, nothing. I haven't even needed new brakes because the car slows it's self down so I rarely even touch the brakes. It cost me $400 to have my electrician put the proper outlet in my garage. I charge from home while I sleep. I am never inconvenienced by having to go to the gas station. No more pumping gas, getting gas on my hands, nothing, dripping down my car. I will NEVER own an ICE engine again. Couldn't be happier and will never go back. If you aren't sure, trust me, you will love every minute of driving this car and you will save money doing it.

This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!
