The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well. During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening. The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.

Let me start by saying that was from a phone call is where it begin, I placed the call and Leor answered I told him what I noticed online and he said can you come on down I said it will little late for me because I was in West Palm Beach he said come on I wait for you. I did get a little lost getting there, I made it so happened Leor was with another customer but he didn’t leave me hanging he sent Emanuel to assist me and he did a excellent job, the car that I looked at wasn’t what I wanted the color I thought it was, I was little disappointed but Emmanuel said I think we have another one and it is red I said ok let me see it, at first look he couldn’t find it but he said come here let me show you why I didn’t see it, look up!! there nice candy apple red Cadillac waiting for someone to test it and I did and fall in Love with it. The process from beginning to the end its been nothing but a pleasure. Started with phone call with friendly salesman, very easy to navigate for a test drive which I chose 2 cars to see very happy with Leor and Emmanuel work as a team to make me happy. They was amazing from finish to end. I was blown away!! Wow, When they said they would deliver the car WoW all the way to Belle Glade they said Yes that was amazing. I felt so Special even though they do it for other but for me. The service was incredible, they brought it to me the next day and I was so excited to see them but They Did forget to bring a bow for me to take a picture 🥹 I hope and pray that I can continue doing business there. We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

This was my first time for service since purchasing my CRV. Grant from the service department was excellent. Friendly, professional, and always kept me updated as I waited for my car to be serviced. Would definitely recommend!

It's a cadillac! Big Spacious Smooth Ride! Plenty of tech, easy to use. Lots of storage space. Plenty of torque, speed and acceleration, no problem

Everything was fine except, I was told they could do the repairs then after waiting, they told me they did 't have the parts needed. In compensation, they let me have a lease car for over the weekend for free.

I love my new Hummer, I have had it 2 weeks now and it’s an Amazing vehicle. Looks great and is a lot of fun to drive. I love that I can take the 4 tops off and it’s a convertible suv. So far so good with no problems. It charges overnight and is ready to go. I would highly recommend.

I love the Bolt in general. I just bought my 4th one. It is by far the best value in EV's with the best range. The Premier is a really cool trim...I just bought the 2022 EUV Premier again the other night...it has birds eye view camera...panoramic roof...blind spot detector..lane assist...nav....the thermal battery management system keeps that battery healthy. Range is consistent around 250 miles based on driving habits. The Bolt in any trim/body style is by far the best value in the EV market.

I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

The mobile service was a great new feature! I had a simple recall and the tech could do it in our garage with no drive to the dealership!

I love this car, it has all the bells and whistles of a luxury car and a 300 mile range, full electric. I had the level 2 charger hooked up at my house and haven't been to the gas station since! This car does things I didn't even know it does--it can parallel park itself, pull out of a parking position by itself by using your phone (if you are parked too close to other vehicles to open door or if the car is in a muddy spot). After driving up to my gate callbox a few times (the clicker doesn't work so I have to enter the code) the car noticed I rolled the window down at that location, and asked if I'd like to have it automatically lower when we approach (which I do)! I love being able to put my foot under the hatchback if my hands are full and the trunk opening automatically. I was worried about running out of a charge, and granted, I haven't gone on any long trips yet, but charging overnight at home works perfectly fine for day to day usage. It is an expensive car, but I got a great deal leasing it and I think it's worth it. Slightly less trunk space than the x5 which I had before this, but as my kids have grown and moved out, I don't really need it as much. Surprising amount of torque--my husband was impressed.

I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

This experience was excellent. I can't speak highly enough about Southern Norfolk, Justin Cannady and Katie Rose. They were topnotch in understanding and making sure that I got the best car for me. They made me feel like family which alleviated all of my anxiety and tension when buying a car.
