I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

Communication with Tasca was very timely and smooth. Negotiations were all conducted via email and ultimately purchased a truck. My salesman, Andrew Urbec was good to deal with. Prior to the sale, I'd arranged my own financing for much better terms than what I knew I'd get through the dealer or other local banks. Of course, Tasca's finance guy not too happen to learn I was a cash purchase customer. And no, I didn't want any of the extra xx "protection" packages like wheel & tire protection, etc. Sales Manager was ok to deal with, though personally not too impressed. Does the usual whining about how they're losing money on this and that the vehicle is sold as a loss leader. Yeah, ok buddy - I've been buying cars a loooooonnnnng time so I've heard it all. Don't worry - Tasca's getting it's pound of flesh back from manufacturer hold backs, manufacturer incentives, etc. Overall, my second purchase from Tasca (previous was a Jeep - much better experience from a personal interaction point of view). But meh - a car is a commodity. Just hoping this first-time Ford buyer will be satisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of test driving, and I must say, it left quite an impression. As someone who values both reliability and versatility in a vehicle, this pickup exceeded my expectations in more ways than one.

I have purchased several vehicles from Paul Masse in the past so I already knew what service level to expect. I was not surprised when they exceeded my expectations this time. Our sales person, Josh, had done his homework prior to my arrival. There were a few trucks waiting for me when I arrived. Josh did a great job of explaining the differences between the two and I quickly decided on the one I wanted. I received a great offer on my old truck and we sealed the deal that day! I came to pick up my new Silverado a few days later and all of electronics were preset just the way I wanted. I really appreciate his knowledge of the vehicle. I left feeling 100% satisfied. Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.

Everything was great. Sales man was clear and knowledgable. Manager was low key and gave a fair trade deal.

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

Justin was absolutely phenomenal to work with. At no point did I ever feel pressured, rushed, or on edge during the purchase of my vehicle. Justin was very friendly and fun to work with, he made the whole process immensely better. Even though I already knew what car I wanted going in, he took the time to explain all the extra features I didn't know about. Overall a very pleasant experience.

My Equinox EV has exceeded expectations. It is stylish, roomy and has more than enough power. Charging at home is a breeze and charging on the road takes time and good planning. I highly recommend recommend this car.
