This is our second Mach-E purchase. Our first was a 2021. We chose to sell it and get a 2025 Mach-E Premium. The 2025 gets revised suspension that is so much better than the previous years, which was bouncy. You can also now get the premium without the glass roof. I do not like the glass roof, so getting the premium features without it is great! Excellent power, comfort and features at a pretty good price. Love the style, too!

The person taking care of me was very plesant and explained everything very well. The car was fixed to my satisfaction ad is has been running very well.

I have had a very positive experience so far. I had some small issues but nothing major. They were fixed fairly quickly by the dealer. The mileage does drop drastically in the winter, but I knew that before purchasing it. It is roomy inside, and drives great.

Fast service very well explained by the service writer. The pickup and return to my home of the car was very convenient and times always updated.

Having looked online for another vehicle we came across what we looking for at Orleans Ford and decided to drive up from Rochester to take it for a drive. Yes we could have bought a car locally, but there was a bit sticker shock pricing locally when comparing similar cars. As such we drove up, drove the car and there were no hidden surprises in making the deal. As such we bought it on the spot. Although Orleans Ford may not be as flashy as other dealerships in Rochester their attention to customer care in answering questions was a huge win for them! As to a flashy dealership, well all I can say is....I'm not driving the dealership home I'm buying a flashy car at a reasonable price that counts. So if your looking for home town car dealership, pricing and customer care do yourself a favor give Orleans Ford a call....its well worth the trip!

1st time at BMW Northwest and it was a A+ experience. Richard was so accommodating especially since I was a bonehead and got the date of my appointment wrong (I was 24hrs early.) Professional and done in a timely manner, great waiting room with great snack and drink selection...loved the healthy options. Just got my Bronco home to Alaska? after a long month:(. Can?t say how happy I am with the vehicle and have no regrets having gone through BMW-Belview. Amy of Maverick, Dorela from finance dept at BMW, and though he was so often so busy to quickly return my contacts, Salesman Brandon at BMW were all very polite, professional, friendly, and helpful through the process. What I do have a problem with, and which I would request re-consideration about, is the process to finally have the Bronco shipped. Younger son and I had flown to Seattle to look at, test drive three Broncos . A ?22 Bronco at Renton Honda, the ?23 at Belview BMW, and a ?24 at Frontier Ford of Anacortes. We returned to Belvue to take a second test drive in the ?23. I had set up pre approved financing through Global CU here in anchorage. We informed the sales manager of my desire to purchase the ?23, and that I had financing via my bank at home. On returning home to Anchorage, I went to my bank with the contact number for BMW Belview . They called twice, leaving a message . No return call was made. Then I received an e-mail from BMW saying I had to apply for credit check with on line portal. I did that as well as complete the ID verification process. After more than three weeks, my bank informed me that they had received a contact from BMW saying my credit was not approved, with information to both the bank as well to my son to wire the money for the vehicle to them. The Bronco had continued to be advertised on CarMax and actually came down $1,100. Though meaning anyone could have purchased the vehicle. I contacted Brandon to see if I would get the vehicle for the new price.. was later told ?they could couldn?t do that ?. I did have ti go through whole process again as if new order, ?agreement to purchase? , ID verification?. Etc. my loan approval had expired after a month and I had the money wired down through cash from my savings account. Again, I am totally happy with the Bronco, enjoyed interacting with all individuals involved in my purchase, and I?ve no regrets having gone through BMW of Belview. Though given the delay, price decrease in advertising while waiting, need to repeat purchase agreement, and as my bank would have wired the money four weeks before had someone responded to their calls, and they would have wired the money two. days after I was in Seattle, I would ask that the the new advertised price be accepted and I be reimbursed the $1100 difference from what I paid. My wife picked up the top of the line version used a year after it was released for under 40K. We have a level 2 charging system in place at home as we anticipated getting one EV. We immediately did a road trip from Denver, Colorado to upper state New York. I knew enough about EVs to know we'd be taking our time and learning as we went. We had some close calls as new EV owners, but always made it to our next level 3 charging station. We made it through some flooding roads in Chicago and our return trip was even faster as we'd learned much from the drive out. I loved the car so much I found the exact make and model (different color) and bought it six months later for under 30K. I wouldn't recommend anyone else road trip unless you've got time to stop frequently, but I use this daily to and from work as well as local excursions. I've had many vehicles over the last 30+ years and this is the nicest, most intuitive & fast (never leaving Eco Mode). I think the reason many are currently hitting the market and substantially lower prices than that initial $48K is most likely a leasing situation, so take advantage of the prices dropping on these very rewarding EVs.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.

Customer Service was outstanding. Jeff Knolls is a one of a kind. He is trustworthy and customer oriented and truly cares about the customer. He can be a trainer.

My salesman Frankie was awesome. Took the time to show me all the features of the truck, made sure I knew how everything worked. Can?t say enough about him.

A used Toyota Prius with low mileage is hard to find. We had searched several websites, visited dealers for test drives and were getting discouraged that we would not find what we were looking for. This would be our third Prius (previous cars 2007 and 2011), so we knew what a great deal would look like. Earlier in the day we had almost bought a 2013 Prius V from another dealer, but our credit union was concerned about the price given the 69k miles. So we continued our search on Cars.com and found a 2015 Prius with low mileage at a great price at Waldorf Honda. We called to check the vehicle's availability and made our way in the rain to Waldorf around 5pm. Representative Mark Green was waiting for us when we arrived, with the car ready to test drive. Because Waldorf Honda had a certified lender relationship with our credit union the financing process went quickly. We had expected to have to come back the next day to pick up the car so that it could be fully detailed. But to our delight Mark Green had arranged to have the car cleaned and fresh (previous owner was a smoker) while we were in with finance and we were able to drive our 2015 Prius. YES, our days of 50 miles to the gallon driving have returned.

Perfect size, great range, charge it at home, quiet, fast accelerating smooth ride, had the 2024 and jumped at the 2025 opportunity before the IRA goes away, I can definitely see myself in this vehicle easily for the next 10-15 years!!

Luckily, I stumbled across a $7500 instant rebate along with a $5000 above trade-in value for my car. I purchased the SEL trim with leather, adaptive cruise, lane assist, power driver seat, etc. No sun roof, which I did not want. 19" tires for a little better mileage. I am absolutely impressed with this car and feel very safe on winter roads (AWD), especially in winter mode. I find no fault other than it lacks a rear windshield wiper, Which I would prefer to have. Extremely quiet and comfortable ride.

Kevin also had the Jeeps I wanted to test drive waiting right up front for me! Once I bought my Wrangler, it was serviced, inspected and cleaned waiting for me upfront. I sat and watched all the YouTube Videos I could find on the Lyriq. I decided on the 2024 Lyriq Luxury 2 because of the select features that It came with or I could add to the vehicle. With a personal check to place an order, I went to my favorite Dealership " Plaza Cadilac in Leesburg, FL. When I arrived to place my order I could see several Lyriq's lined up. The one main Item that I wanted was the 19.2 on-board charging system rather than the 11.5 system. My salesman scoured their inventory and found one with the equipment I wanted but not the color. He found a 2024 Lyriq Luxury 3 with a 19.2 charging system and a whole lot more. One of the main items this time around was the all-glass roof with the power shade. They brought up an all-white vehicle with a beautiful real leather interior and all the bells & whistles that Cadillac is known for. The car is a stunning showpiece in gleaming white paint and just enough chrome to make it stand out without being gaudy. A Vehicle that folks stop and look at in the Church parking lot, The Post Office, or the Grocery Store. At night the vehicle lights up the way around it as it glides along. When you see it, you know it's a Cadillac lyric.

The Ioniq is a lot of fun to drive. The ride is smooth and it has plenty of power. If you are someone that likes technology it has a lot to offer. If you are not tech savvy there will be a learning curve. Things that I don't like about the car is 1. No rear windshield wiper so it has to be clean frequently in winter or dirty environments. 2. If you live in a cold environment the efficiency is greatly diminished if the heater has to be run constantly. Overall great car so far.
