We have purchased several cars from Don and Timmy over the last 15 years. You won't find another used car dealer that offers a better value and gives you the same kind of customer service that Don does. He never plays the typical used car salesman games that you find at most other dealers. He is the most straight forward and honest dealer we've ever bought from.

I was so grateful carLos accommodated me since I do not live in farmington I showed up at the wrong time I was doing jury duty was done early Carlos got me in so happy ..he always helps me no matter what questions I ask :)
I recently traded in a vehicle with Hi-Country dealership in Farmington, NM and there was definitely some communication issues that need to be applied. There's here say between the staff at the dealers ship and no one seems to be on the same page with their business process; which make me "the customer" more confused about the situation of trading in a vehicle. I the costumer and paying the price now have to make several trips back to the dealership trying to get their mistake corrected. That's money out of my pocket for travels for the issue that is still trying to be resolved a week and a half after my trade in. Soooooo frustrating.
TLDR; They didn't have the best cars in stock, overcharged us for things and ignored us, but the salesperson was very nice.
Buying a car from Melloy Honda was a fairly decent experience. They didn't have the exact or ideal car in stock for us (Civic EX + Honda Sensing), but in the end, we (regrettably) settled for what they had in stock.
Patsy, like many of the other reviewers say, was great to work with — she is very friendly and relatable.
Related experiences: We stopped in to get our car's plate and waited for about 15 minutes at the receptionist's desk before being acknowledged — this was unpleasant and awkward. Another time we had to stop back in was because they had apparently over-charged us for NM state registration fees and had to refund the over-charged portion.
Friendly staff and helpful sales person (I wasn't there to purchase a new Honda, but a sales lady helped me locate my car in the parking lot after it had been serviced!). I'll deal with her when I'm ready to replace my car.
The two gentlemen in the reception area were very friendly and upbeat. Nice way to start my day.
