Very quick process, found the truck, took it for a test drive, went back a couple days later signed paper work and drove it home. The staff including Jon were very easy to work with. Even if you don’t buy a vehicle it’s nice to look around..!!

My wife and I went through a process of specc'ing a Ferrari 488 Spider with Jeff Harley and had a blast doing so. He was able to work within our crazy schedules, and offered fantastic, low-pressure advice the entire way through the ordering process. It felt more like specc'ing a car with an impartial good friend than a traditional sales experience. Both Jeff and James Chou were exceedingly accommodating in helping to make sure that the 488 will be produced in a timeframe that works for me, which made me feel like I wasn't being subjected to the "dealer games" that I've experienced with some other high-end marques. Jeff also helped us to get into a pristine 2014 458 Spider which I absolutely LOVE. So, two different kinds of experience, same awesome service. Can't recommend Jeff and Ferrari of San Francisco highly enough for those of you lucky enough to be considering a Ferrari
The service manager, James Pollack has always been extremely helpful in regards to facilitating the service of my Maserati Ghibli. James is extremely attentive and very informative.
a slight negative is that I was extremely surprised upon the return of my vehicle when I noticed it had not be cleaned and was very dirty.
Jeff Harley was very courteous and friendly. He answered my questions patiently and the whole process was extremely smooth. A quick review of the car before drive out after the sale was a surprising help too. Will definitely return to this dealership (hopefully in the future :-)) and recommend to my friends as well.
I've never experienced service like this from a car dealership. I'm still in shock and I bought the car 3 days ago! Alex, was truly committed to making sure I walked out with a great car that wouldn't break the bank. I never financed a car before in my life, so I didn't have good credit to finance. Alex, called around and worked out a deal, 4 hours later I financed my first car and drove home a fully loaded 2016 Ford Explorer. Walking into a dealership being a female is very intimidating, but I didn't feel that way at Platinum Autohaus. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Alex!!

Kyle, Joel and Riley are the dream team of car salesmen. They were all incredibly friendly, eager to help and great at what they did. They were able to get me the best deal for my trade in, made test driving and financing easy and were very open and honest through out the entire transaction. I had the pleasure of working with Michael King at Marino PM for a recent trade in and purchase. I live in NJ and Marino is in Florida which made me a bit nervous until Michael told me what a large internet business they have and that they ship cars all over the country.
I sent them pictures of my old car and they valued the trade correctly from the get go. That has never happened to me before without going back and forth with the manager and having all the games played that we have all come to think is normal business. Well, it is not. Marino did NONE of that. They made it clear to me that they wanted to build a long term relationship with me and not just make a sale. Then backed that up by making this transaction as stress free and easy as possible.
Michael not only paid for the shipping for the trade and car I bought in a covered flat bed truck but they organized the whole thing, followed up with the trucking company and kept me informed the whole way.

I recently bought a used LR4 from Robbie and Jamie at Luxury Auto Selection. From the minute we walked in it was the most relaxed, pressure free, car purchase I’ve experienced. Wayyyy better than the endless haggling and upsell after upsell that happens at a regular dealership. The selection of cars is impressive and overall the customer service was just great.
