I recently purchased my second Ferrari, a 2017 488 Spider, from Ferrari of Houston. What an incredible experience from start to finish! Craig Becker, my sales specialist, was extremely helpful throughout the process. The experience of designing the car with Craig’s help at the Atelier studio in The Woodlands location was exciting and fun. He made great suggestions, gave me confidence in my selections and was genuinely enthusiastic as we worked together on the spec. Of course, the wait from order to delivery is tough, but Craig was very proactive at keeping me apprised of the status. He was as anxious as me for its arrival. Taking delivery of a new Ferrari at Ferrari of Houston is among the most memorable experiences one will have. So why are they successful? Everyone I’ve dealt with, from Craig to Tony Nevotti (dealership manager), Giuseppe DiBlasio (service manager) and Andy Anderson (my service consultant), among others, are Ferrari enthusiasts who treat me like a valued client. The support goes beyond just the sale and maintenance of my vehicles. I know I can call Craig for information and suggestions, like where to get my car professionally detailed, who to use to safely transport my car or information about upcoming Ferrari hosted events attended by other Ferrari owners. He’s my “go to” source. The staff at Ferrari of Houston truly strive to build a relationship with their clients, which has developed my loyalty. It’s no wonder they have such a successful dealership and that Houston has a connected and vibrant Ferrari owner community.
