Having purchased 6-7 LS since 1991 (one 430 from Scanlan) I had to buy my last two LS460s from Orlando. Why, their volume and price. Each time I gave Scanlan and Germain a chance, neither stepped up to find the car I wanted. I met Heather Cotorakas a few years ago and she made me promise to give her a shot when I was ready to buy a 2018. We talked in April before I headed North, and when I returned in October - she "made it happen". Heather knows her cars, knew my choice of LS500s and was able to come to a price and trade in that was executable w/o hours of haggling. Good to buy locally again. Thanks, Heather.

Amazing customer service all very polite and helpful on trying to make sure your happiness is achieved. When I was not sure about the vehicle I was originally mistreated in they helped me find a car around the price and model I wanted.
First estimate to have new tires installed was 12pm, then 1:45pm, then 4pm. It was too late by then so I had to pick the car up the next day. I wasted a day waiting for my car. They did give me a loaner though so that was good
I drove up from Louisville on a late Saturday afternoon to look at a 2012 Dodge Charger. They kept the lot open past 5 just so I could look at this car, which I thought was really nice. Our salesman Dan was really great and we ended up buying the car, which is gorgeous. Great car, great price, great people. I highly recommend McCubbin Motors.
This was our second car purchase from Mike and we were just as happy this time as we were last time. Our first time we met Mike we almost bought from him. We were going through financing and then decided to not buy. We felt bad for how it went down. A few months later we returned. We were a bit worried that how things went the first time might affect how he would treat this time. Well he was great and went through with a purchase of a Pacifica. It took a few trips because we have 3 kids and Mike was patient and very understanding. This last purchase took a total of 2 hours and we again are totally pleased . He has very good product knowledge and listens to what we want. We like his down to earth demeanor and that he isn???t pushy. We have given his name out to several of our friends and hopefully he will get a few sales from them. Finding a car salesman who is honest and not just out for the sale is hard to do. Mike is that kind of person. Thank you again Mike and we will be back when we need another vehicle.

She was very informative and went above and beyond to provide me with superb customer service. I couldn't imagine having a better experience! We were "car sighting" and we wanted to check out the KIA. I was not 100% for a KIA buy my husband said there are a lot on the road, it has a 100,000 mile warranty, and right now we can get 125% of value of our existing vehicle. Great day and great people, drove home in a new 2018 KIA Sportage. I feel good in it. Wish it got little better mpg, but I'll live!!!
