I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
I brought my 2016 Dodge ram 1500 in for schedule service and checks for recall. All work was done on time, at price quoted and in a high quality manner! I have always been very pleased with the service dept here, I have purchased 2 vehicle here in last 2 years.

Great experience in and out in less than a couple hours with a new car. Anthony was super helpful and is continuing to keep in contact with me to make sure everything is perfect. If you think you want a new car or definitely do go in and talk to him he will help in every and any way he can.
I was treated with respect and I got a good deal. Great experience. I would only note that my interest rate was somewhat higher than my Credit Union so I had to refinance after completing my purchase at the dealership.

I requested an extensive evaluation of my brakes and tires as i sensed there may be some concern or the beginning of a problem. the tech thoroughly inspected and test drove the vehicle and understood what i was sensing as a potential problem. after evaluation i was given a complete and easy to understand explanation with corrective steps that would need to be taken but was assured it could wait until i can get the vehicle back in to the service center when my son brings it back from college. it would have been easy to take advantage of the situation and request all the work to be done right then even though they knew i was pressed for time going into the holiday. Even better was the ability for the tech to inform me of the great deal on tires you have running an assured me i would be able to take advantage of the offer in a few weeks. Total professionalism in how i was treated. thank you
Steve was straight-up with his pricing; later confirmed his pricing was indeed in line with dealer cost - couldn't be happier! These guys are clearly trying to build their customer base and they're well on their way. I've head good things about Tasca from friends before and this was my first experience. Didn't disappoint; would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
