The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

We met Sean Prather at 4:45 on a 100 degree Saturday evening. After a horrible afternoon of test driving cars at 4 other dealers, we stopped at Laurel Kia on our way home. Sean stayed late to show me a car, which I loved. I had second thoughts over the weekend and I went back at 5pm tonight. He let me sit in 5 cars, stood outside with me in a hailstorm, and helped me decide what would best fit my needs. I am very happy with the entire experience and highly recommend Laurel Kia and Sean Prather. The finance professional was also super helpful. The dealership is no-frills. But they have complimentary beverages and it’s very clean and upbeat. If I wanted a manicure I would go to a nail shop. I wanted a car, and I got one today! Thanks!
This was a standard computer software upgrade for my Alfa Romeo Giulia TI. The service managers and staff were outstanding. Very polite and helpful. They completed the work quickly and efficiently. They washed my car before returning it. Great job overall.
I recently purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Sport from the Safford dealership on Leesburg Pike in Tyson’s Corner. Both the car and the buying experience were great. The Alfa is beautiful, has tons of pickup, tons of style and is loaded with features. With 12 way adjustable seats, blind spot detection, lane assist, adaptive cruise control, backup vehicle warning, intelligent AWD just to name a few it is a pleasure to drive. The buying experience was also top notch. My salesman, Drew, was no pressure but very knowledgeable about the Alfa and it’s features. He took his time explaining them to me and answered my questions without hesitation, indicating he was very familiar with the Alfa. Overall it was a pleasant buying experience and I couldn’t be happier with the car. I definitely would recommend going to Safford Alfa Romeo in Tysons.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
