Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

Lightning Motorsports seems to deal in high-end used cars and that's what we were looking for. They were to the point, pretty good at returning calls, and they didn't bs much. For a used car dealer it was one of the better experiences.

I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.

I've purchased many vehicles from Mansfield Motors and have never been disappointed. My first purchase was a few years ago. I was looking for a reliable SUV to replace my Isuzu Trooper. I drive about 40,000 miles a year. I drove off in a clean used Infiniti that ran another 120,000 miles before I passed it on. My 4 children drive vehicles purchased from Mansfield Motors. In high school, as they got their license the team at Mansfield Motors was able to set each one up with a car or SUV that ran and looked great. Each car was clean as well. If there was an issue (one vehicle had a broken air deflector in the dash) it was ordered and replaced quickly, no questions asked. Two of my nieces bought cars there. Two of my employees also. I most recently needed a large heavy-duty flat bed truck for a new employee. I called Mansfield Motors to see if they knew a truck place I could call that treated me as they did. I was told they'd check around. Within a couple of hours, to my surprise, they were able to locate a low-mileage, 2 year old truck that was perfect. They had it delivered to their shop within a day but wanted to keep it for 3 days to completely check it out before they sold it to me! Every vehicle I've bought from them was clean, reliable, and competitively priced. There is no way to think of them as the stereotypical "used car guys" because they are picky about what they sell. They always seem to find the best available cars - clean histories, etc. That's been my experience. I'd never hesitate to recommend Mansfield Motors.
I first spoke with Eric when I stopped in and he got me setup to go on a test drive! My sales person Preston was very friendly and helped me find the right vehicle for my current budget and financing situation. I would absolutely recommend them!
Oliver assisted me with a new purchase two years ago and it was an amazing experience! He has not been cut from the same mold as the typical car salesman. With Oliver, there is no pressure, there is no "but if you buy today ...", he does not overload me with Honda statistics, facts, etc., and he doesn't bad mouth other car brands or dealerships. I and my family will continue to ask for Oliver and if he's not there that day, we wait.
