I literally traveled across the nation to find the Fiat 500x of my dreams - and I don't regret doing it. I knew I'd love the car, but after four days of cross country driving, I'm sure of it. The comfort is not to be understated, nor the quality of the ride. Add to that, the unique styling and beautiful interior (Brown leather on mine), and every trip is a pleasure.

I love my car !

I couldn’t be happier with my car buying experience with Elwira. Take it from me when I say that she really knows her stuff. She doesn’t pressure you, she works with you on your budget, and she really gives you what you want. The whole process was really smooth! I even shopped around a little bit and test drove a few cars before making my final decision, but Elwira just worked with me so well that it was a no brainer . Highly recommend her to ANYONE who is looking to buy a new car and get a great deal!! Thank you to Capitol Hyundai & Elwira for all your help getting my new Tucson

Good and Bad. We just bought a used 2014 500e with 28k miles. Dealers are currently offering nice pricing as many 2014's are coming off-lease and being turned in. We paid $7500 + tax. which seems very cheap for car that cost $30K a few years ago. The limited market and relatively high production volume keep the current resale value low. The car is blast to drive at lower speeds... It's very quick and can zip in and out of traffic lightning fast. It feels light, nimble and could probably beat many expensive sports cars up to about 60mph. If you install a 240v fast-charger in your garage and only commute in the city or shorter distances -- the car is fantastic. BUT If you have to travel over 25 miles on the freeway to work, I'm sorry to say the car is a joke. I simply would not recommend this car for commuting! The problem is that once you exceed 50mph, the battery charge diminishes shockingly fast, to the point where you may be scared you won't make it. It almost seems as though the car needs some kind of overdrive system because it uses tons of energy at 65mph, even with little throttle. In the city, it has regenerative braking to help recharge, but on the highway the motor eats battery power like crazy. The fully-charged "96-mile range" can only last about 40 miles at constant 65mph. If you commute on the freeway, you'd better have a fast-charger at work or you may not make it home.

I reached out to these guys a few weeks ago and got great customer service. In the end I didn't buy a car here, but it mostly came down to the distance I'd have to travel to get there.

great service! no pressure! great people!

Hello, my name is Victor I just purchased a used 2007 Charger SRT super bee from this dealer, and I had a wonderful experience!, the sales man John was very helpful he did not pressure or try to sell me other cars from the beginning he asked if I was interested in the SRT and as soon as I said yes he walked me trough the process, no pressure at all. Ben the accounting gentlemen was great he helped me secure my investment by helping me understand how OEM factory warranty works, to be honest I didn't believe in it and was by far not interested on it, his sincere advice helped me see that a 10 year old car can have some problems even thou it has very low mileage nothing is guaranteed on a previously owned car. Over all the dealer was very clean, all the staff was very friendly and the purchase was very fast no long waiting for paperwork to be done, it was very smooth this dealership truly shows that is a family owned business it made me feel at home and the car reflects that they only sale quality cars that are traded in. I am sure next time am on the market for another car I will check their inventory first.

Fiat is the cutest car on the road today. You can't help check it out when it passes you on the road. I watch drivers turn their heads when they see a Fiat....especially a red fiat. Love this little car. Would love to dress it up in Disney Mickey Style. I highly recommend this FUN Car.

Great car buying experience. Highly pleased.

I saw a car at Formula One advertised on this website. I went there and was greeted warmly by Dave. I took the car for a test drive, looked at the CarFax, talked business, slept on it, and ended up buying the car. It was a great decision, and I am very happy with the car a month afterwards. The dealer made an honest mistake and misspoke about the presence of Bluetooth in the car. After I bought the car and realized there was no Bluetooth in this particular model, they were kind enough to spend 400$ to install Bluetooth for me. I also bought an after-market warranty but then changed my mind 2 days later, and they allowed me to cancel it without any hassle. That is a stand-up car dealership. Very pleased. Buy with confidence.

If you do most of your driving around town and within 40 miles of your house you can essentially stop paying for gas. Before you consider an electric vehicle, you may have to consider your daily commute length in miles, whether you have a 220v plug inside of your garage or if you do not have a garage, if you have one nearby on an exterior wall. I have neither, but I do have a free charger 1 mile from my house which is not inconvenient to use at all. The best charging network in my area is Chargepoint. I recommend downloading the apps, and driving around looking at utility companies and city facilities to see what kind of free charging options may be near by. I have had no problems always charging for free and in fact in about a month, I've never paid for a charge. If you can charge within 1 mile of your house it's not inconvenient at all and the chargepoint app lets you monitor your charge and lets you see when chargers become available. If you do have to pay for charges, the cost to charge this up 12x at home based on average electricity costs and about 1000 miles a month is about $20 in most of the country, maybe even less. If you live in CA or HI, you can expect double or triple that price. IN CA if you have PGE especially. We got ours used with 16k miles on it out the door for $9,600 as our main car and a gas guzzling 12-14mpg 20 year old SUV as our just in case we need to go far car (which we plan to replace with a 40+ mpg hybrid within 3 years or a used chevy BOLT or Tesla 3) Prior to getting this car I was paying about $280 on average and up to $500 a month for fuel. The payment + full coverage is $180 a month. If I dumped all the savings onto the payment I'd have it comfortably paid off in 3-4 years and then would just be racking up hundreds of dollars in savings every month until the battery breaks. Biggest downside so far: Fiat dealerships are few and far between, they know they don't make money on repairs for these cars because there's not much to break on them other than some suspension and potentially some electrical components. We hit a curb and had to have it towed to a dealership, you have to request a flat bed, some tow truck drivers aren't familiar with how to tow these vehicles, and then the dealership lied to me about and told me the tire I had on the car was no longer produced and that I needed to replace all four tires. Other downsides: FORGET about being able to use the A/C as you please and especially the heater. These two features eat up energy like you would not believe. If you live in a very warm climate and can't get by with the windows down, it might be a deal breaker. Same for very cold places. The seats are heated which is nice in cold weather but if you live in like Michigan or something it might not be enough. The interior is pretty plasticky and the overall fit and finish of the car isn't great. We drove a spark too and just couldn't find one that was as great of a bargain, but the fit and finish is much better and the dealer network for Chevy is much larger than Fiat (at least where I live). Battery cost is prohibitive. Things I've read online place a replacement battery at around $23,500 to $36,000. I did find re-manufactured batteries online for $3500 but IDK. In California, the batteries are mandated by law to be protected for 8 years or 100k miles. If the battery goes bad after that, it may be a big paper weight. The Spark is no longer made, but currently the battery replacement cost per the dealership was $6000. Bottom line: This car is not for everybody, but if you do mostly city driving and especially if you're taking miles off of a car that is very inefficient, this could be the right car for you. There are definite trade-offs but they have been mostly a non-issue.

Easy easy EASY way to buy a car!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder
Great work car commuter, nothing more than that.

It’s great for commuting to work and back but can’t go too far due to the range being limited. The seats are somewhat comfortable, not too bad. There is virtually no leg room in the backseats. It definitely is for small kids only and no adults. Over all it’s great for a one to two person commute around town and work. Nothing more than that.
