This was a weird car to me. Never really knew much about them or seen them on the road until I saw one on the lot. I test drove it up to 65mph and absolutely fell in love with it! Although I had heard some bad things happening to this 2014 year car, it looked like a hit or miss for $10k which I wasn't willing to take as a 21 year old college student, but maybe once my college debt is payed off some years from now I'll reconsider this amazingly fun car! I love the Beats audio system, it made me dream of good sound in a car again!

Car buying..if u do your research, use eprice to determine if car 🚙 is in ur budget u will be ready to make a deal. . I wanted a blue car loaded with aids to help me navigate more effectively. Matt was prepared by giving me information about the Subaru dealership, the vehicle and services. We did a walk around inside and outside the 🚙 I selected b4 test driving. Once the test drive was over I was ready to ???make the deal???. ..I met with Rhonda who is the best financial contact. She has a great smile and I believe lots of patience. She definitely made the process easy to understand n told me exactly what I was to pay each month n when.. Thank u Rhonda for your patience n expertise. There are many New tools including on my new 🚙.,,my favs keyless start, eyesight functions, video screen n Bluetooth connectivity for my phone. Upgrades and ease of use over my 20 year old lux 🚘. Including paddles on steering column to use for ease of handling on inclines. My wife and I purchased a used vehicle from the Dan Cummins dealership and felt we received a good vehicle for a fair price. Their finance people were able to get us a good interest rate on our loan with favorable terms that worked for us. Moving forward in time 6 months after our purchase, we experienced a front end problem. It turned out that a wheel bearing had locked up and fortunately the extended warranty that we purchased covered the cost of the repair, minus the deductible. Further, in analyzing this problem, it was observed that the brake pads were beyond the limits and the service manager agreed that the pads should have probably been replaced prior to our purchase, as we had put only 6000 miles on the vehicle in the 6 months that we had owned it. The service manager, along with our sales manager, decided that the right thing to do was to replace the front brake pads and rotors at no cost to us. They went one step further. The rear brake pads were not beyond the wear limits but were very close, so they replaced the rear pads also. We were very pleasantly surprised as we felt we would be in for a battle to convince someone that we should not be responsible for this issue. Instead, the people at Dan Cummins went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and our issue was resolved. They have won my business and I have told all my friends to visit the Dan Cummins website when looking for a vehicle to purchase.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Our 500L Trekking has met all our needs. Love the 6-spd manual transmission. Unfortunately the new models are only available with A/T. Only a few minor warranty issues resolved quickly. We can obtain parts and have repairs performed at any Chrysler dealership. Warranty repairs require a visit to a Fiat dealer however. Starting to think about an Abarth next

My favorite car yet

Being tall, and loving Fiats, this fit all the needs. I can easily fit 4 adults over 6' tall with plenty of leg room. The MPG has been amazing living in an area known for horrendous traffic. I have had mine for over 3 years and never had a single issue with is running. Only 1 recall, and it was just a computer reprogram, and a hassle free fix. One HUGE benefit is the Lifetime Roadside assistance offered by Fiat (just don't call the Chrysler #). They will tow your car, get your keys out if it, anything... for free! I love this car and would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It's A Love Hate Sort Of Relationship

I LOVE my 500L. Its different, which is why I looked into it. There are not many on the road in my area so driving people don't see everyday is cool. It's perfect for my family of 4. It fits baby and toddler gear well and is still comfortable for the people. We even took a trip from CA to the east coast of TX in it and it performed great! Why do I hate it then? It's not a true "HATE." It's more of an adventure with this car. It does and has things I've not seen on a car I've owned before. Does it make it bad? Nope. Just takes a learning curve. Why the not perfect 5 star rating? Fiat Studios (dealerships) are scarce in my area and having to take it into a Fiat Authorized Service center for recalls is annoying as Mopar Service is not the same across the board.

My Wife and I went to European Auto to look at a Honda Odyssey we saw online. When we walk on the lot we saw Ash who introduced himself and told us if we need any help just let him know. No Pressure at all. After looking at one Odyssey Ash showed us another Odyssey Touring with all the bells and whistles. My wife loved the car and he gave us a good price. We traded in our car on the spot. The buying process was a very good experience. Ash walk us through all the process and kept us updated as time went by. Afterwards Ash had the Car Detailed and we was driving home with a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring. I would recommend European Auto to my friends and Family. Great Buying Experience! Ask for ASH, he is very knowledgeable about cars and the entire buying process.

Great space though it looks small from outside. Nice power and options you don't normally find on American or other foreign cars. Fantastic handling as well. Brakes are a bit touchy though...gonna have to get used to that.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. We've had two both rugged and nice on mpgs. Get past that tranny jerking but.the new ones fixed this i hear.blah blah blah etc etc etc

Susan is a sweet, honest and respectful lady that will tell you what you need in looking for a pre-owned used car. I went to their dealership looking for an SUV for my Wife and right off the bat she ask if I wanted to test drive the car I was looking at in their lot which was the Lexus RX350. She handed me the keys and then I went to test drive it, came back test drove the other models of the Lexus Rx350 and same result for me their cars were excellent condition. So long story short I was not planning of buying my car from them right away because I was just shopping around but I felt the good hospitality and friendliness of Susan so I told her I did not have my money ready yet until the next day. She had reserved the car for me the same day got my pre-approval letter to pick up the car on Sunday. It was that easy and I did not have to drive back 70 miles away from my home just to get the car because we were visiting a family member around the area anyways. Thank you Susan for your honesty, sweet and friendly approach in making our buying experience easy. Thanks also to JR the general manager. I will definitely check you guys out again for my next car in the next few years.

Alternative to Kia Soul or Mini Countryman

My wife and I wanted a small MPV, and we chose the FIAT 500L "Lounge" over the comparable Kia Soul and Mini Countryman. Neither of us could warm up to the coke-bottle look of the Soul, and the BMW-made Countryman is apparently super-expensive to own and maintain. Though the FIAT 500L is unabashedly quirky (in a cool way), we both enjoy driving it, and am impressed with how much cargo can be loaded when the rear seats are folded down.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I loved this car through and through! She did great in the snow despite only being 2wd. Super reliable, comfortable, sporty, fun, spacious, updated technology, all around amazing! I wish I could afford to own 2 vehicles because then I could have kept her. I definitely recommend the manual transmission with the turbo. Cutest car I have ever owned.

It was the styling of this vehicle that really got my attention, but once inside I was amazed at the timings and overall comfort. It drives great, plenty of performance and it had all the bells and whistles. Great value for the money and it's nice to not feel like I'm driving another cookie cutter car.

Buying a new car is never a fun thing for me. I get super stressed out and start to have an anxiety attack. Going to Kia of Puyallup was probably the best decision I've ever made. From the moment my husband and I stepped out of the car, everything was positive. We were not attacked by a bunch of vultures, you know the typical car salesman. We took our time and walked around the lot trying to find the perfect car. Once we had an idea of what we wanted, we walked into the showroom. We were greeted by a nice gentleman by the name of Rich Purdy. He wasn't abrasive and listened to our wants and needs. Not once did he ever make us feel like we were being forced into buying a car we weren't interested in. Rich made the process stress-free and very pleasant. He worked really hard to make it work for us and showed that he really cared. Our experience with Rich is one that we will never forget. Went to buy the 500x. Was not impressed with heavy numb steering or clumsy 9speed auto. Drove a 2014 500l two years ago. Hated the dual clutch auto. Drove this 2017 with the Aisin 6 speed auto and Koni shocks. Wow what a difference. Crown Chrysler fiat of Pascagoula, Ms. is a family owned dealership. Nice people. Didn’t feel like I was even buying a car. It’s great fun. Bought the extended warranty just in case. So far so good. Traded my white 2012 500 pop. We still have our silver 500 lounge. So far 3k miles no problems. Like the car more every day.
