I called in on Wednesday morning and Ken answered the call. He was able to keep up with my questions and what I wanted in my car. I also let him know my mother bought her Civic here back in 2012 so if they???re as good to me as they are to her, they have a customer for life. Needless to say Ken was absolutely amazing. He answered every single question my boyfriend and I had and wasn???t pushy at all. He worked with us on the trade value of my 2013 Soul and I left with a gorgeous brand new 2018 Civic Thursday night. Ken stayed well after hours to explain everything the car can do and I can tell everyone for a fact that most sales people won???t do that.
No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.

Went to look for a specific vehicle. It was at body shop for ding repair. Mike offered other alternatives until it arrived. Once “the car” arrived my son took one look and was SOLD!
Drove great, mechanic said super clean engine, more than fair price. Mike went above and beyond to make sure it was ready to go for me.
Will definitely return to purchase vehicles for my other kiddos.
I am very unhappy with the salesman we bought our car from. In the sales process, he promised he would get an owner's manual for our car. We followed up multiple times with him via email & telephone calls. He never returned a single call nor responded to email. When we were able to reach him by phone, he promised to call back but never did. We have had the car for three months now and still no owner's manual. Very disappointed.
I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). However, the honesty and respect for my time that I received yesterday by John Berry has shifted my thinking, at least with regards to this BMW location. The outstanding service I received will definitely encourage me to not hesitate as much when I need to take my car in. Once again thank you!
A walked into the dealership over a year ago and test drove a new Stelvio. Wasn’t really the right time for me to purchase one but the guys were all super nice and helpful, in particular Dakota Mitchell. A year later, Dakota sent me an email just checking in. We started chatting back and forth and these guys made me an incredible deal that I couldn’t pass up. Picked up my new Stelvio today and I don’t have a single complaint. Super smooth process and I love the car
We drove 85 miles to buy our car. We made a deal with Frank Iven over the internet. When we arrived the car was better than expected and everything Frank told was true or better. I have never bought a car so easy. All the staff was so friendly and helpful. Frank was a super star for us thank you so much. Great dealership.
